I have a 100% success rate in Australia. I put their documents in a plain cardboard box, wear high vis, knock on the door and simply say "gotta delivery for so and so" and it's that easy

That’s awesome haha. I have used a pizza box and other various methods in the past. I bet serving in Australia is much different . I would love to hear your insight and if you are ever wanting to jump on a podcast email me at

I follow the same process, almost exactly in the center of the United States and it works excellently. You have given people the best advice.

Nice video. I kinda wish you had the chance to introduce some of the challenges we face when actually dealing with a person to be served. I’m just one day I’ve found people to lie even vacate their home just to escape being served. I’ve seen them literally hide their cars so they wouldn’t be found. I need a video that talks about how to deal with that

    Bad ass video my friends.
We're a video marketing company and had wondered what you guys would do during a confrontation for serving papers.

I have just started doing marketing for a Process Server directory. Your videos helped me understand a lot about this space. Thanks a lot.

Q ~ when a process server leaves an envelope on the person's porch that they're serving should that envelope have the name of the person on it so that they can know who it's for

It really depends on the state of where the papers are filed. The rules vary by state.

Some creepy dude keeps coming to my house knocking banging in my door, I answer it start recording him, because it’s sketchy tells me he’s a “delivery man” I told him I have not ordered anything so, you must have the wrong address. I asked him then to leave. He would not leave. He kept saying he “hands out papers” and then announces my first and last name to the entire apartment complex, of neighborsa which now I am concerned for my safety, privacy and identity. I told this man to leave and he’s not welcome back and he wouldn’t leave! I finally closed the door on him and told him I’m calling the police if he doesn’t leave. I didn’t really want to call the police. At that point this guy began speaking with the neighbor boys dad who lives across from me who his son has been harassing me sexually for about 4 years! This has caused me so much emotional distress. I then walk out to my car and apparently this man is still in the parking lot as I leave! He asks me “*my name* have I called the police?” He says he will wait to speak with them if I’m going to call them and he said that if I do not call them he is going to go to the sheriff to tell him what this is all about. I literally never said one word to this dude!!! I am contemplating getting a personal protection order from this individual even if they are serving legal papers, because the way they talked to me was absolutely psychotic for someone I do not know. I’ve got everything on video. Thanks for actually going up to peoples doors telling them that you are actually a process server. Guys like “I’m a delivery boy, I deliver papers” I was so tense and distressed. Someone tried to slit my throat for me being naive and chatting with them! I felt the need to leave the premises for my safety as this guy wouldn’t leave when I asked him to, he continued to harass me and stalk me and threaten me. And speak to me after i told him to leave me alone! When I eventually came back he was still there! Waiting for me! The second I pulled into my parking spot he had been parked next to where I park, and he began to tell me he’s waiting for me! I didn’t say a word and went inside! If this is how court works this is one sick world!
