Your best video to date - excellent editing and musicality. Personally you wouldn’t catch me on speedboat (or any form of boat) for 3 hours but we enjoyed watching your adventure.
Thank you so much for your very kind comment. Let's be honest, we had a lot to work with! It didn't seem like 3 hours.. well perhaps on the way back 🤔🐕🚙
@@the-other-windsors The picture quality was excellent - new camera? We had a horrendous crossing once from Plymouth/Roscoff and we’ve never been near a boat since !!!🤢🤢🤢
@donbrown8001 Actually, no new camera. All footage and editing still undertaken on my Samsung Galaxy S20. Oh No...definitely not a trip for you then! 🙂🐕🚙
Hi. I've been following you guys for some time now and have thoroughly enjoyed all your VLOGS but that was a bit special. Thanks and all the best, Wee Jimmy
Like 211 Awesome footage capturing the beautiful alluring scenery, thanks for sharing and bringing us to this wonderful relaxing place and stay safe always.
❤ Lovely calm videos. I did the St Kilda trip. Top of the bucket list ticked off. Think MacDonalds are of original vikings. Nurse Wilma tended the last residents before they left 😊. The words Aeger, Aeger, Aeger kept running through my mind during the trip. Never heard of it before then. Turns out Aegir is the Norse god of the sea 🌊. True story! 🤗
Wow..Aeger! Thanks for watching and we're pleased you're enjoying them. St Kilda was on our bucket list too and we were truly fortunate to get there on our first attempt 🙂🐕🚙
What a wonderful adventure so glad you got to go. Fantastically filmed it was beautiful. So sad that they have leave their home 😢 there is something so special about island.
Wonderful, thanks for having us along with you, the style of your vlog made me feel that I was there with you. St Kilda has been on my bucket list but never yet had the opportunity or privilege to go yet. It's 5 years since our last visit to the Outer Hebrides' and will look into it for next year. 👍
What a wonderful trip! So glad you got a booking. Thank you for sharing it. Those cleits remind me of Yorks Dales field barns (laithes), at least in their abundance! Laura
Hi, nice to meet you. We really enjoyed coming along on the adventure with you. We would one day like to go and explore that area. All the best Chelsea and Mike
Hi, I've been watching your posts and really enjoyed them. My husband and I are Glaswegians who have been travelling all over Scotland and England since the children were born. they are 31 and 28 now so we travel mostly as yourselves with our dog now. We've never been to to St Kilda, looks amazing! Thankyou for sharing.
Thank you or sharing your holidays with us! Please keep posting really enjoy the videos. Love the wee dog too! God richly bless you both in Jesus Name!
Did that trip in 2009 with Angus. I’m surprised you didn’t go up to the mast. Then further up to the top of conichare. The highest point in st kilda Plus the wreckage of the old war plane near the top.
Hi. It was an amazing trip. Angus was lovely. To be honest, we would have loved to go right to the top, but we have to be sensible nowadays. What with Bernie's knee replacement and my back. Was just pleased to get to where we did. Thanks for watching. 🙂🐕🚙
Thanks for watching and yes, truly amazing. We were indeed to so fortunate to actually get there. When our original operator had boat issues , St Kilda Cruises stepped in and that weather! Hope, you do manage to get there one day.🙂🐕🚙
@the-other-windsors Thank you .Your channel is great entertainment with loads of travel information and camp vehicle tips .I've just bought the vauxhall combo much the same so I'm working something out as a sleep vehicle, but want to keep it really simple .You're giving me quite a bit of inspiration, so thanks again
