  • As we get closer to the 2022 Fire Season, we need to understand the real demands of the job at hand. Long Days on your feet, constantly moving & picking up objects while carrying weight on uneven & unstable terrain.
    Soo being a Meathead with alot of Mass Requires alot of "Gas" aka Endurance.
    In this full body workout, we tackle grip strength & get use to picking up heavier objects & moving them with force.
