All this did was make Blake's breaks and lou look even worse. Do they still not understand that deflection, avoiding and not acknowledging anything just makes them look guilty? This guy sits here and says, if you get scammed unknowingly, it's your fault. That right there should tell you all you need to know about whether or not he's a scammer. Scammers don't care about you, period.

*Makes the scammers known to more people which helps prevent future victims
*Allows friends, family, neighbors of the scammers know how disgusting these people are (public shame)
*Increases media coverage, which helps do all of the above and hopefully makes it more likely that they face legal consequences

The first video on here where the energy is guessed was me.
I spent 10-15k with them the last 2 months. I did win a few bounties. And I’ve emailed whatnot with no real response from them yet.
I filled out one of the google docs blasting whatnot if I really need to go through and fill it out for every one of my hundreds of orders. I was a huge supporter. Pretty nervous about my cards they “sent off to be graded”.
Really sucks too. I was jumping in his stream trying to show support to the new guy. I was buying packs for people watching giving all kinds of stuff away while they were stealing from me.
Even after the news I had a hard time accepting that it was all of them because how much money I had gave them and their viewers.
Hire a lawyer and have them send a letter to whatnot you will get your money back.
Yeah I never got my Graded Neo Genisis Pichu they "sent off" after i ripped the $350 pack. waited 2 1/2 months. No response from blakesbreaks, so whatnot refunds me the $40 because that's what the pichu holo was worth. I hope for the best in your situation 🙏

Team I want you all to know that I went through my bank and did a chargeback for my BlakesBreaks purchases and they were all refunded. Whatnot doesn’t want to take responsibility, and all of our orders are time stamped, with video receipts. The fact that they want us to do that evidence form is a joke. Blake accounted for more than 1/2 their revenue, they don’t want to have to pay us back. I opened a dispute claim and provided the New York post article and Nintendo gen article about Blake. I also included Whatnots Twitter post saying Blake was banned as well as their post saying everyone impacted had been refunded. Don’t go to battle with whatnot, go through your bank as all the evidence is there. You won’t even have to fight with your bank they’re there to protect us from these kind of crooks. Please heed my advice and just issue a chargeback, I hope it works out for you all! And @rattle I don’t care if you make 100 videos. We needed a voice, and you stood against a giant alone, and brought the machine down. Love and respect my boy!!!

It boggles my mind that he tries to say in order is random. A good majority of streamers including myself knew there was a group of “buyers” that would go into guess the energy games because they knew it was mappable and they would try to take advantage of unsuspecting sellers that didn’t know. Their first question was always “was this a booster box or sleeved case?” Or was it an ETB or random packs
If a seller didn’t know. They got rolled quickly and then they knew what happened.

I can think of about ten other words I COULD call this person other than scammer, legally speaking, these people are doing this nonsense across State lines, which means it is FEDERAL, possibly a federal crime. If this person is in California and I am in Florida, it's Federal. U.S. Attorney's Office could look into this, just takes a phone call to start an investigation and some evidence.

Man this guy could’ve literally just said something along the lines of “regretfully I ran the match the energy game in the order of the case under instruction. I did this without realizing it was mappable at first and thought it was scummy once none matched so I did not do it again and can see now that it looks like it was a bigger scam done by Blake’s breaks”
Based on the evidence so far with just one instance I’m sure a lot of us would’ve believed it.. But no he doubles down and deflects, backtracks, and acts totally ignorant and then semi ignorant and takes no accountability. That coincidentally shows the exact opposite of what he was trying to do by talking to you and that he knew exactly what was going on with this scam.

Edit: I have also asked them for the footage multiple times and they won’t send anything at this point I’m going to request a chargeback on the billing I used because they just keep sending these generic responses I sent them all my order numbers and everything they just keep saying fill out the form
