This looks really good. I use to make something similar years ago and It was called a Enchilada Torte. It had enchilada sauce instead of tomato sauce and Mexican seasoning blend. Your videos are so nice, they give great ideas!
Looks delish!!! But it's driving me crazy that you keep calling them tor-till-as. Making a Mexican dish, and they're called tor-tee-yas. The Spanish double 'll' is pronounced like 'y'. 😊
Fantastic idea. I will be making this thank you. From Australia
Yay, let me know how you get on 😉
Looks delicious!! Also, I enjoy listening to your New Zealand accent, so much. Best wishes from Phoenix, Arizona🤗💐
Haha thank you. I hope you enjoy it if you give it a try 😊

Congratulations on keeping the dish tall! Mine would collapse into a droopy slide. BTW, I really admire your knife skills.
Thank you. If you keep the layers flat (not mounded in the center) you shouldn't have any problems with it sliding!
@@EasyPeasyKitchen What a great suggestion!
Looks great... A very good meat substitute for vegetarians is soya mince that is readily available in the market.. Just FYI🙂👍
Thanks, that's really interesting.....will have a look for it here and give it a try!

Thanks, I can't change it in this video unfortunately, but I promise it's been corrected in subsequent videos 😉
That isn't a Mexican dish by a long shot. So if she's going to misrepresent a Mexican dish why not call a Tortilla a tor-till-a?? LOL
