    This looks really good. I use to make something similar years ago and It was called a Enchilada Torte. It had enchilada sauce instead of tomato sauce and Mexican seasoning blend. Your videos are so nice, they give great ideas!

    Congratulations on keeping the dish tall! Mine would collapse into a droopy slide. BTW, I really admire your knife skills.

      Thank you. If you keep the layers flat (not mounded in the center) you shouldn't have any problems with it sliding!

    Looks great... A very good meat substitute for vegetarians is soya mince that is readily available in the market.. Just FYI🙂👍

    Looks delish!!! But it's driving me crazy that you keep calling them tor-till-as. Making a Mexican dish, and they're called tor-tee-yas. The Spanish double 'll' is pronounced like 'y'. 😊

      That isn't a Mexican dish by a long shot. So if she's going to misrepresent a Mexican dish why not call a Tortilla a tor-till-a?? LOL
