i have a Bluetooth headset with build in mic, some how it cant run both mic input and stereo output togather. In zoom, people can hear me but no sound from my headphone while my mic is active.
For me also Zoom never worked with my audio, then went to google meeting room or sky and both worked

1. This will disable the mic of course ... sorry didn't know at the time of recording ...
2. Sometimes problems come back over time. Then remove this device from the pairing list, do a reset on the headphones, pair again and do same change in the Win 10 settings (Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers) again ... If everything doesn't work, I'd recommend buying a cheap Bluetooth dongle (starting at about $6 - s. link) and try and see, if it improves the situation: amzn.to/3iFPyKi
My headphones stutter for about 2-3 seconds every 1 or 2 minutes when I'm watching a youtube video, crunchyroll or netflix but for some reason it doesn't happen when I'm offline (playing a game). This also happens more often when they're connected to my laptop (in my phone they work just fine). I've tried everything in this video and disabling the sound enhancements but it keeps happening. When it doesn't stutter it sounds fine but it's getting kind of annoying, what can I do to fix it?
Some ppl say that BT interfere with WiFi. If you could disable Wifi and use Ethernet maybe this would work

I never had any problem with my bluetooth headphones or adapter until the latest windows 10 update. Suddenly, my headphone audio started lagging and skipping, but only on this PC. I rolled back the updates and restarted, and the problem persisted. I have tried literally every fix I can find on the internet and still can't fix it. I have no idea what to do at this point.

bluetooth audio lags behind video - help. I am watching movies on a laptop. And sending the video to a projector through a hdmi cable. And sending the audio to a bluetooth soundbar. I cannot get them to sync. The audio is noticeably delayed from the video. Suggestions please.

This has solved my issue too. I'm using the TP-Link UB500 adapter for PC with Skullcandy CRUSHER headphones. The lag was bad. I even installed the Bluetooth adapter drivers from the official website and there has been no significant difference. But after disabling the Hands-free Telephony service from Devices and Printers, my headphones are actually usable with my PC now. I still sense a bit of lag, but it's acceptable now. the problem to me is that if i am on bluetouth and going to a game it like delay through game and sound, when i click like ex csgo when i shot in my headphones sounds 1 sec after, can you help me with that?
Bluetooth is always a bit delayed that's why PRO's never use BT for mouse, keyboard or headphone. With some brands it's better and with some it's worse and Win 10 has a lot of BT issues anyway

It really helped me! since you can't change the codec for a better sound and latency, disabling the enhancements works better.

why are my headphones limited to 16 bit CD quality when I was able to do 24 bit studio quality on my bluetooth hifi?
I tried to fix the issue and now both are limited to 16bit

It's worked for sound quality but when I uncheck handsfree telephony I cannot use my bluetooth headset's microphone. That's the only way (handsfree telephony mode) to using my headset's microphone. How can I deal it? Thanks a lot.
