I'm doing well, and exercise is also key-weight-bearing exercises, Pilates, and walking are especially important as we age. I have an excellent marriage and aim for 7 hours of sleep, though that's the hardest part for me. What’s also hard is seeing family members who aren’t doing as well. Despite our efforts to show them how we eat-no alcohol, a healthy vegan diet-they don’t fully embrace or believe in it. It’s tough watching them struggle. My husband is particularly strong about setting boundaries, especially during occasions like Christmas, with all the bad food and excessive booze. He’s firm about saying, "Don’t cater for me." We all need to watch out for food and booze bullies-don’t let them win!

I’m sitting here watching this video eating a box of chocolates that I swore to myself I wouldn’t do because I ate too many yesterday and felt sick. She mentioned it has to be something that you’ve had enough pain to want to change. The thing that caused me much pain was finances, so that’s the thing I will stick to and never be in debt again. I know that for sure. Even though food has caused some issues, I work hard are eating well, so I guess falling off occasionally, I can accept that. Thanks so much. She is an excellent guest. How does someone following a raw food diet as recommended by Dr Goldner get protein? Greens contain very little protein and we all need protein on a daily basis.
