আপনার রেসিপি ফলো করে গতোকাল রাতে তেহারি রান্না করেছিলাম, আমার কিছু বন্ধুকে বাসায় দাওয়াত করেছিলাম। আমি এর আগে কখনো তেহারি রান্না করি নি। মাস পাঁচেক আগে একবার কাচ্চি বিরিয়ানি রান্না করতে গিয়ে এককেজি খাসির মাংস পুড়িয়ে ননস্টিক প্যানের তলানিতে লাগিয়ে ফেলেছিলাম। এরপর থেকে আমার হাজব্যান্ড আমার রন্ধনোৎসাহকে খুব একটা সুনজরে দেখে না। সে যাই হোক, গতকাল পুরোটা রান্নার সময় আমি খুব ভয়ে ভয়ে ছিলাম। এন্ড রেজাল্ট যা এলো, তাতে নিজের চোখ আর জিভ- কোনটাকেই বিশ্বাস করতে পারছিলাম না! আমার বন্ধুরা খেয়ে ভূয়সী প্রশংসা করেছে। হাজব্যান্ড বলেছে তাকে যেন এখন থেকে মাঝেমধ্যেই তেহারি রান্না করে খাওয়াই। আপনাকে ধন্যবাদ, রেসিপির জন্য, সেই সাথে রান্নার কোন্ পর্যায়ে চুলার আঁচ কতটুকু থাকবে এবং কোন্ পর্যায়ে কতটুকু লবণ মেশাতে হবে সেগুলো এত ডিটেলসে বর্ননা করে দেবার জন্য। ভালো থাকবেন।

Never liked Tehari that much, found it always dry and subpar quality meat (tiny pieces too). Cooked following your recipe . My God ! That was one of the best thing I've ever cooked myself and it was so good. Maa was skeptical, boltechhilo - peyaj ki bete debo, roshun kom hoye gelo na, aro kechhu ki lagbe. But she liked it so much. Thank you very much.
Made using this recipe, just one change i made- added the beef after the rice was fully cooked. tasted very good thanks!!!

I am making it for the 2nd time in the past 3 days , so delicious and my husband loves it!! definitely recommended!! For those who can’t have spicy food, I recommend switching the chili powder with paprika.
