Hi. Seen this featured on Never Too Small. Absolutely love it! Exactly! Here in the UK far too many new builds and no developer or architects [well relatively few!] prepared to re-develop 'lost' spaces as in above shops etc in the city centres. Or indeed use existng housing stock..old terraces etc. This is a stunnig, simply ''proper'' home where ever sq cm is used. I have a converted space above a shop on a market town High Street and like you tend to let the worlld in... no curtains etc. And why not? Again thank you for sharing. A perfect little place to live.
