@@eyeriiis equipment, software for entry/exit /24/7 access, the parts and work out in to make it what it is. The rent/lease/payment, air conditioner, electric, sewer, insurance , employees. And more I’m sure.
@@eyeriiis I charged 50$ a month at my gym and had 5500 sq ft . I barely made enough to make it and I had a nice setup. People think they know what it takes to run a gym but unless you have done it then you have no clue.

This looks legit. Individual bathrooms and showers are worth the price by itself. Would you say it is a good atmosphere for people newer to the gym trying to lose weight or more geared towards experience lifters and body builder types?

Once you sign up, you’re securing your spot since we have a membership capacity limit. We are opening by end of this month and will send out everyone’s app as soon as we get the access control system for the front door. It will grant you 24/7 access to the War House Gym!!
