NEW BALANCE 1080v12: Not My Usual Shoe Size

The newest of the 1080 lineup, this is widely considered as the best running shoe of its version for the past 3 years.
With the updated heel, a more comfortable upper, and a FreshFoamX in its midsole, 1080v12 is definitely a contender for one of the best daily running shoes for 2022.
As for casual users, it is also comfortable enough to be used everyday, either for leisure or vacation.
My personal opinion, if you are planning to buy this shoe for casual use, you should not have any problem. But, as for running, you may need the first run to understand and get comfortable to its new (wider) front foot.
For either use, I strongly recommend that you go and try the shoe first before buying it, as the size may differ from your normal shoe size (I bought 1 size smaller than my usual ones!) as 1080v12 has 4 types of shoe width for selection. But once you get your shoe size, I believe you will be (highly) tempted to get one for yourself!

I run in the v11 and experience no slipping. I guess each foot is different, but for me its fine.

According to other reviewers as well, it causes slippage to most runners, and that what the complaint was, and that is one area NB changed that makes users happier

I want to order a pair and I don't know what size I wear normally (10 uk) (44 EU) and with width as I saw that there are two versions 2e and 4e I honestly don't know, do you have any idea what size and what width I should get? I understood that the sizes do not match. thank you

The difference between 2E and 4E is usually not that big, just about 1/2-inch. Of course, 4E is wider than 2E.
Well, mine is 2E, and I took 1 whole size down (from my normal 8.5UK to 7.5UK). For this shoe, I suggest you try it first before buying it, especially if you plan to buy it online.
