While her violin gently weeps... Bomsori never ceases to amaze me.
One does not have to write poems to be a poet.
And she is a marvelous poet of the violin !

I'm sorry but this orchestra is really uninspiring. Bomsori Kim and Clara-Jumi have both performed their respective concerti with better orchestras and have given stellar performances with not as many errors as with this orchestras. Either the maestro or the players are experiencing some type of disconnect but the orchestral ensemble is very weak and with Brahms particularly the orchestral ensemble in the first movement sets the entire mood of the piece and is integral foundation for the soloist and if the foundation is weak nothing can go on from there (same for the Clara-Jumi performance one of my favorite violinists)
+Jason Brk I completely agree with you. It's a bit of mess and you can see this is putting a lot of stress on the performers... or competitors.
This is the final movement, so your very subjective comment is even more inappropriate here. Do you hate Russians or just this orchestra?
I see and hear no evidence of a mess or of any stress on the soloist. She is playing emphatically as demanded by the music.
Well, your inability to perceive it says more about you than it does about the orchestra or soloist.

Your biased comment about the orchestra and about the soloist also says more about you, as does your nasty unjustified dig at me. You and Jason are typical of the armchair critics on TH-cam who claim to know more about music than some of the world's finest musicians and conductors.
It's great. Not Ginette Neveu great, but great nevertheless.

I think her posture is weird..
Sound might be strange but Orchestra sound is more stand out than VIOLIN !!! She is technically excellent but there is lack of fullness beautiful sound .
All technique and not much feeling or soul to the selection played here. Too bad Kim Bom-sori's talent and ability are put to performing this material which rattled and grinded along with the rest of the orchestra. I could stand just about four minutes of it. I'm sorry, I think it's me and my taste that fail to connect to the music here. Hope everybody else enjoys it.
I'm afraid it is you and your taste that are the problem. I don't know why you felt it necessary to inflict your negative comments on others.
