I used to play this game in my pre-teen days, and what I love about this game is the weapons. They were memorable to me. I also liked the Veil as well. And I have to admit, I was scared of the Geists, but now I realize they're not that big of a problem.
All the weapons in this Wolfenstein game are very impressive that I could wield all of them to take down Nazis, join the resistance, and wield the power of the Thule Medallion to overcome any obstacles in my way.
Why should there be any? You're playing as a spy in a small german city within all german manufacturers and even resistance is german. Besides, what kind of gameplay diversifying element would bring thompson or colt to the game? Thompson almost identical to mp40 in everything other than lack of 2 bullets, yet it would function almost like clone. Not to mention it's stupid to have allied weapons in a german environment game, there would be no bullets for it. Nobody even used any allied weapons in original RTCW and the countless youtube videos is a solid evidence of that, so cutting them off completely is a good thing to do. Sure there are some in the black market shops, but these are mostly extremely rare trophy mostly for the show for marketing purpose.
Yeah, it makes sense since the whole story were involving in clandestine operations in german-occupied Europe so Allied weapons were not available (unless there are smuggled Thompson and Sten through underground movements or black markets)
The mp43 has such an iconic sound to me. Idk what it is, hearing it being fired in this game sounds so satisfying.
for me that high pitch of the particle cannon, it is so distinct and unique from all shooters i played

Who else forgot this game had a multiplayer?
05:50 - 06:10 Holy shit, I can't believe there is a first-person shooter with magazine-fed Panzerschreck outside Call Of Duty Zombies 😂😂😂😂
The Weapons remind me of Call of Duty World at War
Fully upgraded leichenfaust 44 is so cool
i wish this game was back
Thank you very much for recording upgraded and not!
I guess it's just me, but mp43 firing sounds to me like "pobeda", which is "victory" in some language
Serbian and Russian
@@repaki123 вот да, я сам носитель русского, и отчётливо слышу слово "победа"
I like mg42 sound
Wait there was a LUGER? Where did I miss that...
Он только в мультиплеере есть
@@ИгнатПопов-ч7о почему ты на русском ответил?
@@Marine_2010 потому что этот челик русский, и коммент просто на инглише написал

Now that microsoft owns Activision and the IP, its possible it may be likely to make a PS5 Remaster
"У НЕГО ФОТОННАЯ ПУШКА!"
Come on Game Pass, bring it back!
FG 42 is the best.
0 % Allied Weapons??? now i understand why this game is underrated

What the f? What does this have to do with anything
Looks worse than Doom 3, Quake 4 and Prey. Why?
