    I used a laser one time in my 10 years of printing...had 1,600 golf towels to print, 2 color design. I used the laser as a guide where to lay the towel on the platen. Worked perfectly. All I had was a leveling laser and I rigged it up to the side. It was a while ago and cant really recall how I had it set up ..i just know it worked perfect.

    When I had my screen printing biz, I had an 8/8 M&R Chameleon with side air clamps....I loaded every shirt where the bottom of the collar/brim seam of the shirt met the edge of the pallet. That way every shirt was loaded in the exact same spot with zero guess work. But then again I had longer pallets than what you are showing so I was able to to give up the space from bottom of brim to top of design.

    May I ask what is the best recommendation for getting blank clothes? Is there such thing as FAKE Gildan? I got some but they get fuzz ball so quickly.

    Why not just add a bigger pallet?

    • @leestuart38
      @leestuart38  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      A lot of reasons. Not all presses can accommodate bigger pallets, and aluminum pallets are very expensive to replace. This maximizes what you have to work with
