You have literally picked my make up bag, I love it! Some new things I haven’t tried either, so I’ll be doing that! One suggestion from me, I do love the By Terry balm de rose too but, my holy grail, omorovicza perfecting lip balm. I just cannot live without it. It is the best for dry and dehydrated lips. Brand of 2021 has to be Dior for me, they really bossed it! Love the backstage eye palettes xxx

I spotted only one: Bobbi Brown Crushed Lip Color in Italian Rose, which I purchased in May this year after the salesperson put the swatches on my hand. I use it as the working day lipstick ever since. Happy New Year 2022! 🎊🎊🎊
So awesome to think that I've now followed you for three yearly reviews! Your best of 20XX are some of my favourite to watch, I love that you group them in categories and show swatches, it's so comprehensive. This year I especially liked the the clips with the swatches and the shade names at the end, very useful! I think my makeup favourites were rare beauty liquid blush in joy (wore it all summer), glossier cloud paint in puff, nudestix plush paint in bahama mama used as a blush, glossier ultralip in villa, dior lip glow balms in pink and rosewood (really want to try mahogany!!) and my favourite mascara is still lash slick. This year I renewed my old love for the it cosmetics cc cream (but applied with a very light hand) and for glossier stretch. I actually regret buying the rare beauty liquid shadow, but mainly bc of the colour. I never use it but your section on them made me want to try again! In the coming year, I would like to try gucci beauty (confirmed by the fact that you put a FOUNDATION in your favourite) and I would love for em cosmetics to make their way onto the European market. It's been a productive year for Lisa Eldridge too, what with her new shades of velvet lipsticks, and her base products: the highlighter, blush, and her new foundation. And right at the end of 2021, she has her new glittery liquid eye shadows. In her pop-up store in London, she introduce a variety of makeup brushes but only one is on her website. This is a lovely video! Thanks for it. I think my most loved item this year was the by Terry blush and bronzer palette in beach bomb. i loved the peach blush and bronzer all summer and now in the winter i love the blue pink blush. This year i rediscovered powders after not using them for years. I finished all my cream blushes and now i'm not replacing them until i finish a couple more lipsticks as blush. My most loved lipstick remains the chabel rouge coco flash in 92 amour. The transparency of that pink cherry red just makes my face light up .
So enjoyed this - my first “favourites” video of the season. Happily surprised at the timeliness of it, I recall 2020’s one took a little time to appear 😉! Love and appreciate your work. Happy New Year Matilda!

My favorite products were Bobbi Brown’s Crushed Shine Jelly Stick in Honey (I almost gave up on this shade because it was a bit grungy brown on me - then I saw it in your video and apply with a lighter hand, now I love it), Charlotte Tilbury Tinted Love in Santa Euphoria, Persona E-Balm in Gratitude, and Victoria Beckham lip liner in 02 and 03. You’d like the Victoria Beckham Lip Tint in Amour if you haven’t tried it - the formula is very similar to the CT Tinted Love but with no fragrance. My go-to everyday shade used to be Nars Velvet Matte liner in Walkyrie (which I think you’d love - don’t trust the swatches online!) - but lately have wanted less pigmented, more tinted balmy lip oil products. Which is why I love your brown berry tints video. Based on your tastes, I think you’d fall in love with Roen’s Kiss My Liquid Lip Balm in Charlie too! It’s so smooth, non-sticky, and is slightly minty. Your Gucci Lipstick in My Cousin Rachel and Dior Lip Glow in Mahogany are on my wishlist to try next!

I really liked so many of your picks. I upped my lip balm game because of masking. I have been loving Make lip serum: it’s wonderful. I added Kosas concealer to the stable and it’s great at handling the shadows underneath my eyes. I also added their brow gel in clear and tinted because it’s that good and I love the packaging. Lisa Eldridge liquid blushes were a wonderful find. They might be repackaging them but I am obsessed with my Dante’s Dream. Also added Kjaer Weiss cream blush as well as Axiology sticks because they work everywhere. Westman Atelier stick in nectar for a gorgeous and subtle highlight that doesn’t make my pores look bigger. Chantecaille setting powder that blurs. Still loving my Chanel Clair Obscur shadow. Can’t beat it. Great lip find was a new Esteé Lauder moisturizing lipstick in profound. So so good. I think it needs more attention. Thanks for your very enjoyable videos!

Oooooh! I have a recommendation for you! I haven’t tried the Chanel concealer you’ve mentioned but if it’s not as available anymore may I suggest Clinique Airbrush Concealer? I found it years ago recommended by Lisa Eldridge and much prefer it to Touché Eclat. I don’t feel like I’ve commented much recently but still always watch and like your beautiful videos. My 2021 favorites include Lisa Eldridge foundation & highlighter plus the new lipsticks and lip liners. From Vieve, I love the Skin Nova primer, Eye Wands - the matte as well as the new shimmer versions as well as the Muse palette. My favorite eyeliner remains VB’s kajal in Cocoa and Sweed mascara and lash serum are my favorites
@@matildaonvideo Vieve is one of my favorite brands. You can tell it was developed by a MUA. The Essential eyeshadow palette is also excellent as well as Lip Dew. Skin Dew is a nice cream highlighter but if I could only have one, it would be Lisa’s. While I prefer a cream blush, Vieve makes my favorite powder blushes. I have cherub, piazza and pesca. They are great on their own or you can mix in some Skin Dew.

So awesome to think that I've now followed you for three yearly reviews! Your best of 20XX are some of my favourite to watch, I love that you group them in categories and show swatches, it's so comprehensive. This year I especially liked the the clips with the swatches and the shade names at the end, very useful!
I think my makeup favourites were rare beauty liquid blush in joy (wore it all summer), glossier cloud paint in puff, nudestix plush paint in bahama mama used as a blush, glossier ultralip in villa, dior lip glow balms in pink and rosewood (really want to try mahogany!!) and my favourite mascara is still lash slick. This year I renewed my old love for the it cosmetics cc cream (but applied with a very light hand) and for glossier stretch.
I actually regret buying the rare beauty liquid shadow, but mainly bc of the colour. I never use it but your section on them made me want to try again!
In the coming year, I would like to try gucci beauty (confirmed by the fact that you put a FOUNDATION in your favourite) and I would love for em cosmetics to make their way onto the European market.

It's been a productive year for Lisa Eldridge too, what with her new shades of velvet lipsticks, and her base products: the highlighter, blush, and her new foundation. And right at the end of 2021, she has her new glittery liquid eye shadows. In her pop-up store in London, she introduce a variety of makeup brushes but only one is on her website. I look forward to what she will bring in for 2022.

This is a lovely video! Thanks for it. I think my most loved item this year was the by Terry blush and bronzer palette in beach bomb. i loved the peach blush and bronzer all summer and now in the winter i love the blue pink blush. This year i rediscovered powders after not using them for years. I finished all my cream blushes and now i'm not replacing them until i finish a couple more lipsticks as blush. My most loved lipstick remains the chabel rouge coco flash in 92 amour. The transparency of that pink cherry red just makes my face light up .

I also loved Bobbi Brown's Venetian Rose this year, it's my fave lippie for when I throw on jeans and run out to do errands. It gives you that little bit of something, without putting in a lot of effort.

That CT eye palette was my fave too!! I used it for months on end. ✨✨✨ ( until Lisa Eldridge Liquid Lurex showed up) . I think Lisa, Charlotte Tilbury ,Tower 28 and Natasha Denona were my most used/ favorite brands of the year!

My favorite products were Bobbi Brown’s Crushed Shine Jelly Stick in Honey (I almost gave up on this shade because it was a bit grungy brown on me - then I saw it in your video and apply with a lighter hand, now I love it), Charlotte Tilbury Tinted Love in Santa Euphoria, Persona E-Balm in Gratitude, and Victoria Beckham lip liner in 02 and 03. You’d like the Victoria Beckham Lip Tint in Amour if you haven’t tried it - the formula is very similar to the CT Tinted Love but with no fragrance.
My go-to everyday shade used to be Nars Velvet Matte liner in Walkyrie (which I think you’d love - don’t trust the swatches online!) - but lately have wanted less pigmented, more tinted balmy lip oil products. Which is why I love your brown berry tints video. Based on your tastes, I think you’d fall in love with Roen’s Kiss My Liquid Lip Balm in Charlie too! It’s so smooth, non-sticky, and is slightly minty. Your Gucci Lipstick in My Cousin Rachel and Dior Lip Glow in Mahogany are on my wishlist to try next!

I really liked so many of your picks.
I upped my lip balm game because of masking.
I have been loving Make lip serum: it’s wonderful. I added Kosas concealer to the stable and it’s great at handling the shadows underneath my eyes.
I also added their brow gel in clear and tinted because it’s that good and I love the packaging.
Lisa Eldridge liquid blushes were a wonderful find. They might be repackaging them but I am obsessed with my Dante’s Dream. Also added Kjaer Weiss cream blush as well as Axiology sticks because they work everywhere.
Westman Atelier stick in nectar for a gorgeous and subtle highlight that doesn’t make my pores look bigger.
Chantecaille setting powder that blurs.
Still loving my Chanel Clair Obscur shadow. Can’t beat it.
Great lip find was a new Esteé Lauder moisturizing lipstick in profound. So so good. I think it needs more attention.

Oooooh! I have a recommendation for you! I haven’t tried the Chanel concealer you’ve mentioned but if it’s not as available anymore may I suggest Clinique Airbrush Concealer? I found it years ago recommended by Lisa Eldridge and much prefer it to Touché Eclat. I don’t feel like I’ve commented much recently but still always watch and like your beautiful videos. My 2021 favorites include Lisa Eldridge foundation & highlighter plus the new lipsticks and lip liners. From Vieve, I love the Skin Nova primer, Eye Wands - the matte as well as the new shimmer versions as well as the Muse palette. My favorite eyeliner remains VB’s kajal in Cocoa and Sweed mascara and lash serum are my favorites

favorite brands. You can tell it was developed by a MUA. The Essential eyeshadow palette is also excellent as well as Lip Dew. Skin Dew is a nice cream highlighter but if I could only have one, it would be Lisa’s. While I prefer a cream blush, Vieve makes my favorite powder blushes. I have cherub, piazza and pesca. They are great on their own or you can mix in some Skin Dew.
