Definitely not BC Place or the HHH Metronome, but suitable for temporary use for baseball, basketball, arena and Stadium concerts, as well as a more permanent use for soccer or American football.

If they're going to keep hosting basketball there though, that center-hung scoreboard is looking extremely dated. I know they have bigger video boards on the outer walls, but they overlooked the hanging scoreboard when they renovated the place recently.
They shouldn’t have had any lower deck at all in the outfield. That field is tiny. Granted, that would probably bring the capacity down to around 35,000 seats that wouldn’t have part of the outfield out of view but that capacity would be okay, at least for temporary use.
Yes, it looks as if the driver of that truck had a medical emergency. Go frame by frame, you'll see him walking around the front of it, then goes back and opens his door, then is seen laying flat on his back until the ambulance removes him.

For the residents of San Antonio I'm sure this was a cool novelty having a couple MLB games in town but shame on the MLB for not taking this a bit more seriously and doing the field the right way and also why not play two regular season games there, with every team getting 81 home games a year it wouldn't hurt to have two teams give up 1 home game a piece and have a 2 game series. Such an illusion. This configuration is a TINY field.... not just in right field. It's just that the distance to RF is so small it makes the CF and LF dimensions look expansive. Thing is.... this field is about the same size as my high school field was. It's a pathetic 280 feet to right field. Despite looking deep as hell, it's only 395 to that corner in dead center. And in LF it's a moderate 340 feet.... which is on the small side of the spectrum as far as pro baseball is concerned. It's hard to believe this place hosts MLB games once in a while.... granted usually spring training games, but still. The Dodgers and Rangers played there in 2015 during that year's spring games. The Dodgers hit 3 HRs in the first inning.... yeah. It's puzzling too. I mean it's a very.... VERY pathetic 280 feet to right. But look at all that foul territory down the third base line. If they'd just slide the whole infield toward the side where this camera is set up they could conceivably add about 20-30 feet to the RF dimensions while still maintaining a decent amount of foul territory down the 3B line. I mean just sliding that infield 20 feet toward us (the viewer) would make the RF dimensions a less of a joke, but still a joke nonetheless, at 300 feet even while maintaining the LF dimensions. I don't know. It's clearly not a place designed for baseball, that's for sure, but it just seems like they could alter the placement and angle of that infield to maximize the overall dimensions to a better degree if you ask me.
The reason the home plate is so far out is because of sight lines from the upper seating. the first year it was pushed back and people couldn't see. Realistcally the 2 games played here are just so fans from another city can get a chance to see the rangers play a game.
