Soulo in the Mist - Wildcamp on Moel Siabod ft. Hilleberg Soulo

Join me and Phil, ‪@R6PhilOutdoorEnthusiast‬ for a night Wildcamping on the summit of Snowdonia's Moel Siabod.
Setting off from the car park at Bryn-Glo in an ominous light drizzle, we ascend up the quarry track in steadily worsening conditions with the prospect of pitching the Hilleberg Soulo becoming increasingly remote....
Luckily persistence pays off and we find a pitch, hunker down for the night and are rewarded with a spectacular morning in the mountains....

I’ve been looking forward to this one Tony after watching Phil’s. Like you say, it was a bit grim to begin with but turned out nice in the end. You weren’t too impressed with the Boozy Balls lol. There was a nice gap in the weather for some Astro and a cracking morning to wake up to. Nice one mate 👍

the audio of ur voice in the first bit 3.30-6mins of this vid was way too loud,,, almost stopped watching,,, glad i persevered tho ,, but please for tha sake of headphone users check u audio levels,,, all meant in good faith constructive criticism ATB

Hi, yeah..the problem with the lav mic is it runs hot..its either silent or peaking, shouting in the wind doesn't help either...unfortunately the video had the best compromise I could find...glad you stuck with it 🙂🙂 - thanks again for taking the time to watch and comment 👍👍- T🙂
