Level 5 baby! I love this show so much. Knowing and loving everyone for their own individual projects and having them all in one place is something I didn’t know I needed. The flow of each episode makes everything easy to digest (I’ve found it difficult to watch other D&D shows in one sitting but can easily sit and watch an episode of this without issue). Harry is an amazing DM and the rest of the cast are amazing players and you cannot tell that there are first time players in the cast. And Action Surge is such a great addition to the main game. Being able to hear how each player and Harry think through moves in the moment and as characters is such a benefit to understanding motives in the main game as well as being gifted with ‘what if’s’. I, the me not the character, love how there’s not a single moment/character I do not like. I can’t ever imagine getting bored with this show. I can’t wait to see where things go ❤
Love the action surges as much as the episodes. And all the other content on patreon. I hope we will keep you going for a very long time, because my life would be so much more boring without Natural Six. Thank you for all your work and wish you all a very lovely day.
I feel like I'm burning through these episodes so quickly! But I am SO inspired and just talked some friends into letting me DM for them!!! I'm absorbing everything I can so I can build a fun world of my own to play in.
Also liked seeing the miniatures this time around. It makes it easier for me to visualize who is where doing what during the battle and what the options are for I to disengage/hide (I - the character, not myself). Of course the fact that the scene was crafted gorgeously was a plus! Looking forward to next session.
Action surge is a fantastic idea. I love hearing how everyone felt and what they were thinking at certain times. Thank you for the amazingly entertaining content. Sorry my pockets aren't deep enough at the minute to be a Patron
Loving the show, so far. Hoping to see more monster combat at some point but I enjoy the creativity and clever actions these players come up with in the moment.
I am discovering how much fun it is to watch these folks develop as players, as the characters simultaneously develop in the game. At the first ep, I was thinking Alex would obviously be great fun to play with. Looks like such a fun dude from the first moment. After severl sessions, I honestly think Hollie would be the most fun at a table for me and my play style. Would happily play all day with her. All around super cool group. Not to mention other channels, but I have seen other online games where I didn't feel the same sort of 'want to be at the table'.
I'm a bit behind with watching AS, but I just watched this. I love Action Surge! It's so interesting to hear everyone's thoughts about what happened in the episode. Love that there's the weekly change between Story episode and AS. The minis can't be praised enough. Marks painting job is fantastic 👏🏼 The whole scene looked amazing. Can't wait to see more mini action in the future.
There are some awesome spells at level 3. As someone who played a Druid until level 11, I got the most use out of Conjure Animals, Call Lightning, and Dispel Magic. Wind Wall is pretty fun too.
I had a feeling level 5 was going to come up, definitely after a fight this big! Loved seeing some new actions and spells still, like Dolly's multiple knife stab and Kelnyss's summon beast. But I still have some questions about what every character's full arsenal is, even don't know their subclass of some. Is this part of spoiler territory? Raidion - School of Illusion Wizard Kelnyss - Circle of Wildfire Druid; I wonder if Fizban's extra Dragonborn racial abilities are implemented for a Gold(?) one I - Arcane Trickster Kobold Dolly - College of Eloquence Bard is my best bet Endellion - can't figure out what kind of Fighter she is
Death saving throws should be unknown to everyone but GM and player? No one knows after first saving throw how close to death character is. Maybe unless another player is at their side, then 3 knows the roll? Im omly at the first ep, where the npc went down

That roly poly was WILD! 😂 great episode, cant wait to hear the conversation at breakfast in ep 9 after that fight- oof!!
I really love the insight on why I the character not the me took her eyes.
I would love harry to do something on how he prepares for a session. Like his particular style of preparation

I believe it's a house rule for extra tension, they might have mentioned it in an Action Surge episode. Definitely works
shalele
If the cards are not a Deck of Many Things then I have no fucking clue what they do other than 1d6 physic damage
they are special ones with heroic spirits within them, each one with various effects. But it will probably take time for Rarian to use them.
