Well said about motivation, it's truly a form of discipline, I personally think that you don't get the motivation to do a task but rather you get the motivation once you start doing the task

Yes. But this might not be possible early on (when the semester begins). However, it is possible later in the semester, some of my friends from Lahore are currently in hostels. You'll have to give a good enough reason for it
