Loose leash walking and bulldog training.

Love this video! You have shown that when a dog understands that ALL good things come from you (Handler/Owner/Trainer) the dog has no problem following/submitting to you. Also, as you demonstrate, this is not done by force. This is done by being fair to the dog and teaching the dog structure. Thanks so much!!
I think you must be a really good man . I like your approach and obvious knowledge and the loving care and respect you give while training . Thank you for showing everyone you don't have to be harsh, mean , hard or cruel in order to train a animal . Positive reinforcement works a whole lot better . I would enjoy being trained by you in order to be the kind of leader and master my dog needs me to be . As it is , he pays attention and minds me when I finally get his attention . But I'm a push over and I smother him and my other fur babies with love and affection . BLU BOY my pit was a abandoned puppy on the street like my min-pin . But I have been watching you every chance I can. So I'm getting better at not showing him so much affection all the time . Which for me , I will admit is really hard . Im in my 60's and have shown a abundance of love and affection to animals all my life . But on our short walk or being in the empty lot next door alone with blue . When he listens and obeys , I give him two pats of affection and a good boy . And I can't believe by just doing that . How much better he's become . And that I owe to you . If I had the means I would bring him with me and come visit you . We both need to learn from you . However as a disabled vet on a below poverty government check . That's not going to happen . And it's a long way from Texas to you . But I'm going to keep listening and watching your videos so I can learn from you and he can learn from me . And hopefully he will be the best service dog around . But even if it doesn't . He is still going to be my buddy . Thanks again and don't ever forget you my friend are appreciated. And may you , your wife and children always find favor in God's blessings .
wow! i love how you completely rewired what the leash represented to him. so cool!
Hey Larry, I really love these videos of you working with a dog, especially showing the start and going all the way thru. Appreciate it as always man.
In that neighborhood their houses but I never see a single person walking or driving ever.
Love seeing the strong athletic bulldogs
Wow, he's so calm and focused now.
Nice! Also a good proof for trained vs. equipment awareness.
Great class sir 👍🏾
Diesel is a different dog. Love him. I have a Half American bulldog and half alapaha blue blood bulldog about 85lbs. They are great dogs.
Great job Larry : ) Thank you . It is so hard without a camera person isn't it : )
Larry, here is a suggestion for content. You should speak about the breeds that you have handled vs other breeds. And the characteristics associate with each breed
Great alapaha vids. I have a Middle TN Alapaha and it’s been a bit frustrating until I just watched your 4 vids. My male 6 month old 63 pounder exhibits all of the traits as Diesel. Your vids made me realize these dogs are built and bred for a purpose. When would you recommend as the right age to have you train them or assess them? Man great videos!
Heya Larry! Love your vids! Just put a deposit down on a male Rotty. I was wondering.....and maybe you have actually already done this and I just haven't figured it out; Do you have videos that are in somewhat of a sequential order, as far as what to be teaching your pup at say 8 weeks, then at 10 weeks, then say at 12 weeks etc.....
How old would the dog be to expect this. I'm imagine a 4 month puppy would be a bit different? Or not? My pup is checking everything out and is only engaged when I have food. Is that typical or ought I keep striving for this kind of engagement?

Larry great videos only suggestion to improve your videos is to get a wireless mic. Will greatly improve the audio and cut down on the wind noise and also hear you better when you are away from the camera. If not a wireless you might want to use the external Rode Videomic Pro with the wind shock.
Do you have any breedings lined up for him, or any pups off of him currently?
