This guy is gold.. listen to him if you have bursitis!! Everything he is saying is absolutely 💯 correct!! 😊
Ugh. I do all 5 . Wish I saw this video 3 years ago. I had PT for this pain. Not one of the 5 were mentioned. Now the pain makes sense. Thank you.
Good information, thank you! I have bursitis so bad it swells up causing a bulge on my hip, I'm glad to know the I can use ice! And I suspected that my hips and glutes are weak, I'll work on that! Thanks!
Great explanation of bursitis pain vs arthritis. I am relieved that i can resolve with glute strengthening (and no leg crossing for a while.)
Thank you! Good, clear information about hip pain. Not quite in your area (the States!) but your advice travels well over the Atlantic.
What if the pain is in the groin and also on the the side and down the thigh…seems like all three? And yes the glutes are weak and I have been working on it but still: all 3 symptoms?
Ugh, my house is on a steep hill! As a young adult, walking them was a joy, every night after dinner. Now it has just gone from impossible to inadvisable. I guess that's good . . .
I am smiling - this young man is so cute and nice! I like his vids, his advices really helps! 👍👍👍Well done! 👍
Thank you! This is exactly what I am dealing with! Pain down the front of both legs though. I appreciate your good advice so much. ☺️
I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this, but I'm pleased my video was able to offer some useful information!
My glutes are strong, i hike and lift weights. I have pain down my right side only when i sleep. I can walk run cycle swim… no pain. Why do i only get it at night?
Excellent ! Thank you 😊
thank you for explaining this issue so clearly and also showing the areas of convern.
So pleased my video was able to offer some useful information!
Thank you! You answered THE question I have been looking. So, def pain on the side not in the groin.
I was told that my hip pain is due to disc bulging on my right side. I have found cycling , walking seems to help. I enjoy attending your class as I always learn something new thank you.
Will, your videos are most helpful. In this video, you mention avoiding hills, does this applies to stairs? Thanks.
That was very helpful and relieving, Will! Thanks a lot from Germany!
Sending greetings to you in Germany!
Excellent
Do bridges & strengthen your glutes.
Yes!!!! 100%👍💥💯🙂
saved me a trip to the doc
Awesome vid. Thanks for your channel, it's been very helpful. 😊 The music in this one is unnecessary and distracting.
I went to the doctor with this problem a few years ago. He was actually angry at me when he looked at my X-rays because I wasn’t going to need hip replacement surgery. I actually had to ask him for a referral to physiotherapy as he was stalking out of the examining room.
Very helpful!
Glad it was helpful!
So if you have pain in the groin what do you do about that so it doesn't get worse
Confusing, what’s the difference between inflammation of the hip and bursitis
Thank you so much for this video ❤😊❤
You're very welcome
Great video. Had issue recently climbing a mountain in thongs. Took a few weeks to recover. Great content.
I started feeling this pain about 3 weeks ago. I am over 50. I regularly sit with my legs crossed. Started walking hilly areas last December, and wham started feeling pains 3 weeks ago on my right hip and didn't know why. I also have a shortening on my left femur bone.
Crazy 😢
Don't cross legs
Ok....walk, walk, walk,....then sit for 5 minutes. As I stand I know soon will be a point of a click and a SHARP PAIN! It happens, then 10 seconds later it's gone and I walk on. I was told it was my hip locking up. What to do???
