      Buy insurance? Hum...that is an alternative. But property is still the prefer choices for Asian I feel.

      That’s because ppl are still stuck with their old conditioned ideas. $1M instant cash upon death, only needs to pay $16k/annum for 10 years, Lifetime Cover! First year pay premium, if BYE BYE or SAYONARA, pay $1M. Where to find this kind of leveraging for Legacy Planning?
      If nothing happen, can still take back your money next time, should you decide not to pass Legacy to your family. Low cash outlay for Big Leveraging!

      Agreed...but I always love to buy run down house n turn it around....the value is beyond face value. Look at GCB today...easily $30m a piece. A decade ago. It's half price only. Same for landed. 5 years on. I wouldn't be surprised the cheapest landed I will be doing in my video will be $3m in this same location. It will still be this same condition..

      @@alanweeproperty yes tear down rebuild always give max value, however the hassle and complexity of the process is not suitable for first time landed owners. Too many different things to factor you are basically playing the developer’s role here

    Poor reccomendation , old tired nreighbour hood .Suitable for younger gen.willing to pay for refurbished. Suits for cash rich buyer to rent .
