Great review of the positive points of Marina One residences. The inherent quality of the project is well represented in your videos! Thank you for the effort and please continue producing great content for us to enjoy :) According to the URA Master Plan 2019, some medium-height units in Marina One Residences could suffer the possibility of their views being blocked by upcoming office/residential towers since their Gross Plot Ratio is similar. Additionally, the plan does not have the finalised GPR in the case of the Reserve Site above Prince Edward Station for the Circle Line MRT. Another note would be the ongoing construction in the area contributing to noise/building dust pollution. Definitely Wallich due to the better retail/food situation and the points highlighted in the comments as well. Then again, most of these problems are probably not that big an issue for those who prize convenient accessibilty to their workplaces.
Both of you make a really great team. Just watching your dialogue is entertaining enough, plus you research and prepare well and each video is loaded with information.
I always look forward to your vids. Very informative and natural. Most importantly, the unbiased reviews. Good chemistry between the two of you as well. More good stuff to come!
I really like the way they host. There are some property ads with some very enthusiastic beng-like people on TH-cam who shout a lot. The homes are very nice but I can never sit through those videos! Then again, I'm not the target audience anyway!
Thats a nice home. The common space is a bit office feel. makes me hard to relax even with the trees. Maybe its too futuristic or maybe the facade colours feels very cold, dark and grey but definitely it is a something new to see in this lifetime. Whole development is like one crazy gigantic pads for the bachelors of Singapore.
Hey it's actually quite decent! This is the advantage of developments with many units - many people can share the cost of the maintenance. It's $652.40 to $768.90 per month for these units 👌
Whenever I view Singapore property being advertised, I can’t help laughing and thinking, a cage with golden bars is still a cage. You’re still entrapped in the artificial Singapore space.
Hey there! We would consider JCs and polytechnics here. Universities surely qualify as tertiary by this definition, but if we went by that metric though, then many properties would face this issue too, considering how there's only 3 local universities (NTU SMU NUS) here. Hope this clarifies 😀
@@jonathant5763 i use to live one condo away from it dude, this place is empty from the start, all the shop closed. No more ang mo to pay your loan now ahaha
Tbh, the whole facade does look too cold and not cosy ! If I had the $, I'd buy someplace else. The worst part of this condo is that almost half the units face directly opposite the office. I used to work in 1 of the companies there and I could completely see what the residents were doing in their units!
wonder who will spend Millions on a 99 years leasing ... would rather get the land and build every storey for each generations and have spare for hypercar
@@StackedHomes foreigners can buy land with special approval if they've lived and contributed to Singapore's economy long enough and can guarantee that the land will be used for their private use. Look at James Dyson's bukit timah property for example

Gotta be this .. what money can buy .. 👏👏

One marina, an expensive yet cosy architecture
Wallich Residence is more convenient in terms of amenities. But Marina One has better view.
I think you guys make the whole process even better than some of those real estate channels, the explaination, the vibe, the purity
Thanks Ben! It means a lot that you say that 🙌😀
Both of you make a really great team. Just watching your dialogue is entertaining enough, plus you research and prepare well and each video is loaded with information.
Thank you very much! 🙌
Prefer without Ghib though
I really like the hosts of this video. Very cool and nice personalities.
Thank you for your really kind words 🙌
Nice to see how the 1% live.
😂😂😂
More like 0.1% lol....
1% is actually a lot. Maybe you're even part of it, depends on which country you live in.

Dream team, Ghib and Reuben - really awesome guys
We agree 🙌😂
The honesty about aqua gyms. You guys are so good! Appreciate the honesty hehe
Always! Thanks for watching!! 🙌
The pairing is awesome but is there a background on how Ghib come into this channel as a co-host?
Hey! Thanks for your question! We just love watching his videos as it brings an authentic perspective, so we just reached out 🙌
Great video as usual. I don't usually watch property agent video cos they are always shot in a particular style but yours is different.
Thank you for your kind words! Glad you found us unique! 😀
Just one word... WOW!
😂
Honestly your channel is so good! I acctually enjoy your content a lot! Great work :)
Wow! Thanks for your really kind words 😀🙌
Really like the bbq pit with the swimming pool
Right? 😊
Brilliant , love the channel. Loved the house tour. Subscribed
Wow thank you for subbing 😍
Speechless! Great video

So beautiful, alas condo! 😍

HAHA one gigantic pad for bachelors 😂 Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
@@StackedHomes well... got to impress the ladies! hahaha! the one who hold the duplex instead of the one bedder must be the king of bachelors!
The dream team🤯🙏
🙌 Thank you !!!
So luxury and good taste
Glad you like it! Thank you for watching!
I actually don’t understand why bring a great camera but holding it like that making it super shaky to watch, making the transition awkward.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Will feedback this to the video team 🙌
Wow. Beautiful home. Such luxury. I can't relate T_T
It really is beautiful 👀 Thanks for watching!
3:10 “It’s a little bit hard to explain” lmfao it’s a pool. not that hard
Wow lots of Miele appliances! Could this be the house of the Miele CEO?
Haha, nothing less than Miele is to be expected for this type of property.
subbed
Thank you, Victor! 😍
A very nice video but Ghib's POV video kinda gives me motion sickness. He should invest in a stabilizer or something since he is a youtuber himself.
Thanks you for your feedback! 🙌
I wonder how much the maintenance fees would be for such a big unit
Hey it's actually quite decent! This is the advantage of developments with many units - many people can share the cost of the maintenance. It's $652.40 to $768.90 per month for these units 👌
Do a review of Stratum!
Thank you for your feedback on this! Will take note 👌
A great space but i don't feel comfortable walking through the lift lobby to get to the other side of the bedrooms
Whenever I view Singapore property being advertised, I can’t help laughing and thinking, a cage with golden bars is still a cage. You’re still entrapped in the artificial Singapore space.
When your condo have wakanui grill instead of s11 coffee shop . U know it’s atas
😂
why does ghib remind me of joshua simon that radio presenter on Kiss92
short hair? 🤔
@@StackedHomes yeh thats one thing, but the face looks SUPERRR FAMILIAR
Love to watch things that i can never afford in my entire life.😂😂
So do we 🤣
I was about to pay by cash,, but.. nope i dont like the color of the jacuzzi at the end 😢
Can I pay in installments over 10,000 years?
😂😂😂
☺️☺️
🙌
Cons: Lack of tertiary institutions.
Umm, SMU is just nearby.

I think those who can afford a big unit here probably will be sending their kids overseas 😅
nice to live there, office is just right across LOL
Haha! Different people have different tastes! Some people who work in that area and want to live and breathe their work wouldn't mind living there 👀
even if I lived in this house for a year... I still wouldn't have explored all the area
Hahaha!
You need least 4 maid room .
Hahah! Or just get a cleaner to come in occasionally would be suitable too 👌
couldnt tell if that was a kid screaming or a bird
Haha. I think that if it is annoying enough, chances are, it's not a bird.
when the wind blows south east though... the stench is unbearable
Thanks for sharing!
and upwards..
one more useless overpriced condo in SG, no one live there... ghost project...
Just because you don't live here doesn't mean no one does. hahaha
@@jonathant5763 i use to live one condo away from it dude, this place is empty from the start, all the shop closed. No more ang mo to pay your loan now ahaha

underwhelming for 25MM....

Foreigner who can't buy land perhaps 🤔 Or someone with multiple landed home with spare change to buy a duplex 👀

All pay by bank loan lol
Haha most of the time yes !
