Corn Flour Chicken Empanadas

Made chicken empanadas for my family especially for my son it’s one of his favorite. This is a recipe I grew up with back in the islands I remember stopping at mom and pop store every morning to buy it for lunch because it runs out very quickly. The taste and smell is very nostalgic to me. It really takes me back to palm trees salty air from the ocean and being surrounded by extended family!
