    This is actually just a video about your love of buttons and how much you want to push them. LMAO. Green is obviously better than pink.Theese bloopers were the best so far. In fact they were so good I had to go back and rewatch them again LMAO.

      That's so funny! I totally put that in there for you crazy green enthusiasts who don't know that pink is better. haha! Yes, I do enjoy buttons. Press, press, press. LOL.

    The excitement for the buttons was the best. I think going into what you said at the beginning though it’s taught a little bit to some and then we simply forget it and others don’t have a chance to learn it so Braille feels outbdated to some because it was not a option for many people sadly. But Omg the video was great. 💜

      Haha. I'm glad you guys liked the video haha! I didn't think ya'll would get such a kick out of me and my buttons. lol. Yes, I need to revisit braille and talk about it more sometime..! :)

    This sounds like something I would have died for ten years ago. I just can't see a place for it in my life now … I just use braille screen input when I don’t have my braille display and use my braille display when I want to control my phone from across the room or when it's in my pocket or, you know, when I want to read braille. That said I know braille screen input is harder for lots of people and this is a lot cheaper than a braille display.

    • @carrieonaccessibility
      @carrieonaccessibility  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is. And as much as I like braille screen input and I've tried it a bunch, I guess I'm just really sloppy and it feels so weird to type on a flat screen. I make a lot more mistakes on braille screen input than the hable honestly. But it could also be that I'm not the best at braille.

      @@carrieonaccessibility Yeah I’m lucky that I was taught braille very young and really had no choice but to use it through school. I’m sure that makes a difference.

      I love mixing the two.

      There are still a lot of braille users who use the phone and braille like with braille screen input. There's also a lot of people who use a braille display for presentations, to connect with the computer, and especially in education. It's one of the best ways to learn literacy and is a tactile representation of visual elements like layout and such. Braille is definitely still valuable even in the world of mobile tech and AI. :) At least in my opinion.
