Ratul Roy Biswas Jee, thanks for your question. Few books on the Negotiable Instrument Act (NI Act) are as follows: 1- Classic book: Negotiable Instruments Act by Dr. Avtar Singh - This book is considered a classic in the field of NI Act and is a comprehensive guide to the law and practice of negotiable instruments in India. The book covers all aspects of the NI Act, including the definition of negotiable instruments, rights and liabilities of parties, discharge of parties, and other important topics. 2- Useful to quote in court cases: The Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 by Justice M. L. Singhal - This book is authored by a retired judge of the Delhi High Court and provides valuable insights into the interpretation and application of the NI Act. The book is particularly useful for lawyers and law students as it contains a detailed analysis of case law and precedents related to the NI Act. 3- Easy to read in less time: The Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 by Dr. Avtar Singh - This book is a simplified version of Dr. Singh's classic book and is written in an easy-to-understand language. The book is designed to help law students understand the key concepts of the NI Act and prepare for their exams in a shorter amount of time. Additional recommendation: The Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 by V. R. Lakshmi Narayana - This book is another great resource for law students as it provides a detailed analysis of the NI Act in a concise and easy-to-understand manner. The book includes case law and precedents, as well as practical examples to help students apply the concepts they learn in real-world situations. All the best for your academic endeavours.
@@MUSABBPT thank you sir... Which book is good ?? Narayana or sp sengupta on N I ACT .... And another question that which publisher was that in the video regarding law of partnership. Book ... Please say ....
Both Narayana and S.P. Sengupta have written extensively on the Negotiable Instruments Act. However, it is difficult to provide a definitive answer on which book is "better" as it largely depends on the reader's personal preferences and needs. Narayana's book on the Negotiable Instruments Act is known for its comprehensive coverage of the subject matter, and it is a popular reference among legal practitioners and students. The book provides a detailed analysis of the act, including its history, purpose, and interpretation. The author also provides useful insights into the practical application of the act in the Indian legal system. On the other hand, S.P. Sengupta's book on the Negotiable Instruments Act is also highly regarded for its clarity and depth of analysis. The author has written the book in a concise and accessible style, which makes it an excellent resource for law students and legal practitioners alike. Sengupta's book provides an in-depth understanding of the legal framework of the act and the practical issues that arise in its application. Considering both books, one can say that Narayana's book is more suited for those seeking a detailed and exhaustive analysis of the Negotiable Instruments Act, while S.P. Sengupta's book is more appropriate for those who prefer a more concise and accessible treatment of the subject. In conclusion, both books are excellent resources for studying the Negotiable Instruments Act, and the choice between them ultimately depends on the reader's needs and preferences. However, if I had to make a recommendation, I would suggest S.P. Sengupta's book for its clear and concise presentation, which is likely to be more beneficial for law students seeking a thorough understanding of the subject matter. Ultimately the readers absorption ability and application matters more than the source of knowledge in the form of a book. Usually law students do not go into so much depth. The bucket will fetch 20 litres of water if you take it shallow or deep. All the best.

Easy to read in less time: The Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 by Dr.
