I am a 1st Gen advocate passed out in Oct, 2022. Of late my Sr gives me the file so that I can write the sequence of events. Once I have done that I will start drafting. It will take 1-2 days to complete the entire exercise to complete. I usually keep a format of that particular case and make the necessary changes.
I was a practicing Advocate in Andhra Pradesh High Court preparation of sequence of events before drafting is very good habit...I was also started in my senior office in the year 2008...in the similar manner...at present I am advising to my junior also

Amish, save these 10 hours and use AI to automate the whole process, I've been doing my research over AI and really interested into a Legal Tech product, I'm an engineer but half of my family are lawyers, but I never had detailed understanding of Law and utilization of Artificial Intelligence in Legal Tech, maybe can we have a conversation about it, I think it's gonna be very insightful to you, and we might even be able to build a product!

But I face one difficulty in this, that is when we hear our first speech and want to make some changes in it, i e., second draft version, but then you have to record it one more time and it goes on ... Till we satisfied. I am a first generation lawyer recently initiating my practice and don't have professional staff who can take care of the next level of drafting. But I will give you some tools which are backed by AI (Artificial Intelligence) do the typing of your speech with good speed and with minimum errors or words. Regards that you haveThank.

Take the Patent Agent exam. If you pass you become a registered Patent agent. If you do not, your prep will help you learn about the Patent laws in India.
