The Supreme Court of India, in its Order IV under Rules IV and V, has laid out all the eligibility criteria for becoming an Advocate on Record (AOR). Based on what we know, AORs typically charge around 20k to 25k rupees per case just to sign the vakalatnama or file a petition. If they are involved in significant drafting work, the fees are even higher.
