Love how you've decorated the space!! I noticed you have a flag and some other things hung on your wall, I was just wondering if you're allowed to stick tacks (or even nails) in the wall? I'm moving in in the fall and hate that blue wall, so I'd love to cover it with a big tapestry or something. My last college was super strict about things like tacks and hangings, which is why I ask! :)
It’s about the same as most colleges , it’s kinda like as long as they can’t tell it was there it’s okay. I would just stick to command strips, command hooks, contact paper etc
Everyone is supposed to get a futon bed which is literally just a twin mattress on a metal frame where you can sit up like a couch but some people got actual full sized beds

Honeslty the walls are super thin so they probably would hear your bird :/ you could still try bringing him and see if your neighbors don’t complain ! I’m sure my cat meowed a lot when I was gone

No the windows don’t have any curtain rods . They all come with blinds though !
