Hey CIG, I just tested this out in the EPTU- Yela isn’t breathable anymore. It has been for the past many patches, and I hope y'all make it again. After all the mobiglass readout of pure oxygen at .2 bar would actually be breathable to humans. Having a ~few~ of the moons be breathable makes wearing normal clothes a lot more viable, I was able to load up vehicles at Deakins Research wearing my cool outfit. And with the new ability to reload sidearms from ammunition in pockets, wearing normal clothes is more viable than ever in game. Please make Yela breathable again when 3.23 drops.
@RobertsSpaceInd one of the mechanic that would be cool to add is the possibility to grab the handle of the bike to push it arain (like when you want to walk around your bike to park it somewhere) its would be less glitchy than try drive it inside a ship
Yeah, it's pretty cool that the thing I'm currently most excited to release is a hover bike that's so tiny that it might even fit in the Mustang Alpha's cargo box. I'm not excited to fly _any_ of my big ships in 3.23. But my 325a with a Pulse? That's sounding fun. Really looking forward to it.

Don’t get yer hopes up. Remember this is being pushed out before ILW regardless of stability, or issues. The most important aspect of the game to CIG is the ship sale.
Without mass and inertia, they won’t work, unfortunately. Ever rode a wheel based ground vehicle in Star Citizen? Multiply the experience with 2 because only two wheels.
@@AdityaWaghmare have you ever tried to drive around with a nova tank? It feels like ice skating because no inertia and no friction. Also, it gets stuck all the time -even worse jumps around- because it has the mass of an empty paper bag. The feeling of driving will never feel „right“ without proper mass and inertia simulation. Unfortunately this should have been addressed by CIG long ago as the „physics“ are a part of the foundations. Changing it now will probably break all driving and flying.

The "No more finding your way around will soon be gone" thing, not quite true. There is no setting of waypoints where you want them yet. The quantum distance display was reduced to 1 decimal place after millions, it used to be accurate to the kilometer. Now you cannot be more accurate than the nearest 100K km. So much for finding that sweet spot in the Aaron Halo or any other place without resorting to entering /showlocation into chat, which will display the real coords in chat and copy them to clipboard. So when do the waypoints come in? Yeah CIG, you made navigation a big step back in 3.23.

Ok I admit the Pulse looks better than I initially thought when I saw the Leaks images. I'll have to see how it performs. If only the turrets didn't see the hoverbikes as "flying" vehicles we could actually use them as effective ground vehicles to sneak into facilities.
I've heard this may not be a thing in 3.23?
This is fixed in 3.23
@@WALSRU hope that's true.

This is why I love Thursdays. Thank you, Jared and CIG great video. Love the look of the Mirai Pulse LX.
Now they just need to fix gravlev gameplay and either stop the bunkers from being able to target a gravlev or give us a way to deal with that.
Bunkers should target all ground vehicles, not just grav lev.
They fixed that already. Bunkers don't fire at bikes any more.
Supposedly they fixed that. Turrets shouldn't shoot at gravlev vehicles anymore.
@@lodriguez Super lame. They do need ground vehicle gameplay. At least NPCs on the turrets outside if they won't let the emplacements target ground vehicles.

The Pulse is cool. Glad to see it. But yes a small bit of annoyance to see new un heard of vehicles delivered to live and ones that have been hyped for years never delivered. How about everyone on the vehicle eng teams deliver ships they used to get people fund development before we start spending time on new ones? Great work on the Pulse again. I hope the height on the pulse is set low enough that it can fit in the single SCU height cargo lifts like on the 300 series and SRV

Hey CIG, I just tested this out in the EPTU-
Yela isn’t breathable anymore. Please make Yela breathable again when 3.23 drops.
i dont think yela was ever meant to be breathable.
it wasnt.breathable for me. I suffocated a few times there
They should keep a variant of the invisible undersuit. The duster in space was really cool
@RobertsSpaceInd one of the mechanic that would be cool to add is the possibility to grab the handle of the bike to push it arain (like when you want to walk around your bike to park it somewhere) its would be less glitchy than try drive it inside a ship
I Mirai Pulse and my 325a just might be my go-to combo in 3.23... this is looking like a gorgeous addition to the hover-bike line-up.
Ya man. I'm excited to give the Pulse a go with my Avenger as well.
Agree completely - stoked to have a vehicle that will fit in the 300 series cargo space.
Lotta poor noobs with starters here, think small
Yeah, it's pretty cool that the thing I'm currently most excited to release is a hover bike that's so tiny that it might even fit in the Mustang Alpha's cargo box. I'm not excited to fly _any_ of my big ships in 3.23. But my 325a with a Pulse? That's sounding fun. Really looking forward to it.

Without mass and inertia, they won’t work, unfortunately. Ever rode a wheel based ground vehicle in Star Citizen? Multiply the experience with 2 because only two wheels.
@@AW-po7jr
Why is mass and inertia such a problem in star Citizen?

Oh that sucks. The Aaron Halo hasn't been a viable mining spot for me anyway since the last mining update, so won't affect me personally, but that still sucks. Should have a way to maybe toggle the units for more accuracy when you want it.
@@Gofr5 in 3.22, I pull a half million per Mole Trip in 2 hours and never miss a beat, never take anything less than 35% and only top four minerals, by precise location to known good spots. The same locations are golden across most servers, although there is some variation but knowing the 100 km rule you can find a new spot pretty quick once you start from that loc I gave you. yeah, I hope the challenge of making a small gravlev bike helps them figure out how to do the Ranger.
This video with the Pulse made me think of how nice it would be to have a way to disable the turrets on bunkers while on foot. Hacking a ground computer or cutting a power relay. Something so a ship with additional ground troops and land without a fight.
The pulse is going to be a problem. I can see people taking it to stations and preventing people from using the ASOP terminals.

Looks incredible guys, great work
A billionth new bike, and a trillionth new vehicle, released while not a peep is heard about what is holding back the Ranger six years after its reveal. Amazing.
They mentioned it a while back in a SCL, I believe. The two-wheel physics is being problematic. CR was shown one of their attempts and didn't like it.
@@joelellis7035 Yeah, a single vague mention years ago, then the Ranger appearing on the roadmap in February 2022 and then disappearing again without any explanation. And no responses to threads in Ask the Devs section of Spectrum asking about what the blockers are.

Just not a priority, like why did they go from Hull A to Hull C instead of doing Hull B, why did the carrack not get the cockpit armor plating and long range antennae from the prototype. Why did the 600i get a redo and then another in progress to go gold standard instead of 50 much older ships before it. Only CIG knows
I just want my Zeus 😩 but I'm very excited for this patch man
Surprise, surprise. CIG releases yet another LTI token vehicle that has no real purpose or need in the game atm.
At CitizenCon, they showcased a variety of ships to be released within 12 months. Well, it’s been 6-months and the only releases have been two hover bikes.
Have to say very nice. If they can deliver HALF of what they showed (in a somewhat functional state) then I will say that maybe things are looking up. No hype, just waiting and see.
"Patch Dispatch 3.23" yet literally 60% of the video was a sales pitch for a new vehicle :/
I am super scared of this patch. This might break the game to the point of no return.
Overpromise, Underdeliver, and then ask for more money. Used car salesmen.
Love the green color, reminds me of a Kawasaki ninja.
I wish CIG would just focus on bring current ships to gold standard instead of new ships. People will still buy existing ships brought up to gold standard. No 600i rework yet but I think there has been 5 new flyable ships before getting the 600i rework. At lease CIG does things better than BSG lol!
New F7C/F7A hornet MK 2 is not a gold standard and you want old ships rework.
Are you mad about the pulse? You realize a lot of these smaller vehicles that get added are because they are training new devs and this is a project for them that isn’t as big as one of the older vehicles coming to gold standard.
The tech needs to get up to speed before they can bring every vehicle up to standard. Modularity is on it's way as well
So what. There is no gameplay for the 600i until touring and exploration are worked on and they haven't even started that. Get cozy. It will be another 5 years
The Mirai Pulse looks fantastic. It's my new favourite gravlev bike.
Patch 3.23 is amazing! Except for MASTER MODES which ruins the whole experience for me.
