The hidden paths for Sweden and Finland in the DLC aren't as good as Poland Romanov/Wojeck and Italy's Pope. They have no substance to them the paths are just... there.
I get that they probably didn't add much to it since its a hidden path but I wish they had named him Wolfgang I instead of Prince Wolfgang since he would be a king surely Maybe even having Fredrik Kaarle as the king if you were to rush it since he lived until 1940.

The thing is it's not even a meme. I think they forgot or something that they promised a monarchy paths so they made this.
Maybe they plan on expanding it in future updates?
Possibly, more likely it was to give players the option of reflavouring the non-aligned version of the nation to their favourite ideologies
