I love gsb idali with coconut chutney prepared from Mangalore. I do purchase Akhi rava from Mangalore or anywhere from South canara. I am from Kochi Kerala, but we don't know the exact ratio of the udrid dal and the rava. My pretty Bappmma mentioned clearly in this show, it is very great information for my wife in preparation. Thank you very much for sharing this very very great information , my boy and so sweet and lovely BAPPAMMA ❤❤❤❤❤
Bapamma is amazing and truly an inspiration🙏 Her authentic amchi recipes and pearls of wisdom bring back precious memories of my grandmother’s recipes and the delicious recipes I enjoyed while in Udupi! Hearing certain recipe words after almost 30 long years! Ashwin, kudos to you! What better way to honor your Bapamma and her legacy! God bless🙏
This is SOOOOO SWEEEEET ! As in HEART-WARMING ! Without understanding a single word, I got the entire meaning. What an excellent video ! Subscribed instantly ! 😀
Ashwin, you are a loving grand son. All Bapamas love grandchildren, great to have this love returned by an adult grand child. Love your Bapama's authentic recipes. Reminded me of my Amma's style. Thank you for all the tips.

Wow Ashwin when u cut into the idli we can make out how soft and spongy it is. Grandmothers are the best cooks anyways and they pour so much love into their cooking! I hv been watching ur channel since the last couple months ....keep it coming! Great recipes. 🙏 to Bapamma
Namasthe Bapamma and Ashwin. Your programme is coming out very well. I am very happy you are using our own Konkani words. Please continue to introduce us to our authentic breakfast, regular and festive cooking too. Regards to you all.
Many grandmas are appearing on the screens of smartphones, they are coping up with new tecnology and getting the ❤ . Hope Digital Bharat is prospering some how.
Mayi ... followed your idli receipe. Soft laika aylya. Thank u so much. Chutney hingu udida che kellen. Amgele fav. Amgele grinder looks same like urs. Took more time than 15 minutes to grind. Still idlis came out super soft
Excellent! Wonderful to have an authentic Amchi recipe! But this is not really a flat bread, considering how much it rises. Maybe we could just call it a Rice Bread! Thanks once again. Look forward to more recipes from you, bless you!

After very long. Bapama's videos are worth the wait. Ashwin, I wanted to learn a recipe from your bapama. Could you request her to make 'magge pachchadi' which is an old time recipe, if she knows about it.
Namaste Bapamma, Tum ka palentan migele mamnale udgaasu yetta. Very good videos Ashwin, looking fwd for more, just a small suggestion, in description, pls mention as Coarse Rice Rawa ( tandla rulavu) , than coarse rice flour. Thanks n lots of regards, n praying God for bapamas good health,.
Was Bapama a teacher before? She explains it so well! When she said "ishhee" I remembered my mother. ❤ Very nicely done gindla idly and hingu ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಚಟ್ನಿ.

In the chutney description, you have mentioned 2 tsp toor daal in the ingredients, 😮 you have not mentioned ginger. Please check before loading. Our amchigele recipes should rock.
In the chutney ingredients you have mentioned toor daal. But your bappama didn’t add it while making the chutney. We can’t add raw toor dal. At the most roasted chana dal is ok
Sure, I'm working on this. It takes at least 6-8 hours to do subtitles for a video. Requesting your patience, should be able to do this by mid next month - You can find the recipe in the description. 😊🙏

Hi Ashwin, how are you and your lovely bapama? It’s been 7 months since your last video…when will you both share the next content? Hope all is well!
Hi!! All is well and It's great to hear from you - I will be returning to make more videos in December. Stay tuned 😄
Improve your speakers please. Sound is low and it disperses as the speaker moves. In this case, the grinder adds to the disruption.
Yes. Raise the sound level. Its very low.
We r waiting for more recipes
Pls upload other dishes from her
Its nice after a long to see bapama cooking. Waiting fr more 😍😍
Why ther r no posts sir frm bapama's recipes . Loved to follow her cook

Bapama gomte explain Kartha.her left hand swollen. Is she taking treatment or not.
It is due to her lymph nodes. She is a Cancer Survivor and is very healthy now by god's grace 😊🙏
In the chutney ingredients you have mentioned toor daal. But your bappama didn’t add it while making the chutney. We can’t add raw toor dal. At the most roasted chana dal is ok
Idli is called STEAMED RICE CAKE.
Thanks mayee for sharing useful information at the end of the video. I do completely agree with you 🫶👍🙏
Please input subtitles in English it will be easy to understand the conversation

I am GSB spik marathi
Please don't call GS as Brahmins.
Gaud Saraswath people eat non veg like fish, chicken, mutton! How come they are Brahmins? 😂
Idly Batter think assuka,
It is called idle rava made of rice…
Satvic Annum
Raise ur sound plz
She shouldn't put her spatula in the grinder when it is running ...for safety this is a suggestion
While grinding, one has to put spatula. It is required. And I think that the spatula comes with the grinder too..
You look like my mother who is no more and she cooks like you
Cut the length of video by half. It is so boring.
Chatnika hingu ghaltachi....
