Thank you Bappamma, for your lovely Undies Recepie!! I am a Chitrapur Saraswat Brahmin, but I love the G.S.B.Konkani too! I love your Bappama's style of explanation,as she said she explains so well that even a newly wedded lady will understand well. I liked her verbs bharsuka, & rakkouka ! The vessel in which Undies are made is Peddavan,! We (CSB) call Atti for this vessel. Nice explanation Bappama! Godda rus or godda paak is a nice accompaniment for Unddies. Very yummy !!!❤❤
Indeed godda panku is something all of us at home love. Thank you so much for your kind words. We're very happy to know that you are enjoying the videos! 😊❤️🙏

Magali Amma kartali & tAe magalAe favorite aashilAe.
A twist to this was she would occasionally add patrodAE Peeth (filling of aluwadi/patra) ..so these would turn up savory-spicy-tangy. It was a recipe she got from her sister . So remembering my late Mom & my late.Paachi & sending them my pranams & thanks for giving this to us for years.
And thanks Bapama for sharing so many other Konkani recipes ..it’s so pleasant hearing you..pls keep doing this. ❤
Thank you so much for the tip! Will definitely try it and very glad to know that you are enjoying the videos 😊🙏❤️
Hahaha. Love the conversation. Typical mangalorean home. Lots of explanation.
Thank you so much for the subtitles
I had always wondered why they had to make a hole in the undis. Bapama’s detailed explanation helps a lot!😍
It will taste good with sambar also.
We add padipatta also and eat this with lasun chitni. I enjoy u r receipes bappama
Excellant
In Tamilnadu culture also, we make the same. We also add, curry leaves and hing to the tadka. Flavor enhances. Truly very tasty
Yess, we also do similar stuff in Tamilnad, but we don’t put fenugreek. Curry leaves n hing add special flavour. Add little ghee also for additional flavour.
The only difference is the jaggery dip. Kids would love this. In that also can add, dry ginger instead of pepper, and cardamom.
Nice watching an yummy item.
Have subscribed right away for a Konkan flavour👍😀
