It's good because I bet there a lot of TON fans who never have listened to Paradise Lost. I'm guessing most TON fans would love Paradise Lost if they gave them a shot.

@@RickGrimesS5 Well at least in the Northeastern US, almost no one know of Paradise Lost, which is where Type O is from. In all my years I've only met one person who had ever had a PL album besides myself. Been to a few PL shows too and they unfortunately don't draw much of a crowd up here either.
I love the fact that musicians are covering TON more and more. Type O is obviously sorely missed. Good tribute to a fantastic song and band.
Type O are one of those bands who don’t see a ton of public attention, but you KNOW all your favorite bands have a Type O shirt in their closet....

Totally agree with this. Whilst no one can ever replace Peter, this has to be the best contender for successor I have seen.

Check out the band October Noir. They sound almost exactly like TON. They are Type O's successor. No other band I've heard sounds closer.

Really awesome cover and tribute to one of the greats. Back when TON were doing their first (?) European tour, Greg from PL did an interview with them on Headbanger's Ball and told them that TON had been a big influence on PL. Which is pretty cool considering PL already had 4 albums out by that point and TON had 2. Shows you how influential TON were.

Type O is my favorite band ever and I was super into Paradise Lost for quite a while so this is cool to see. Also props for not picking an obvious one like Black No 1 or My Girlfriend's Girlfriend.

Excellent job on a difficult song to accurately reproduce properly with all it's subtle nuances and Peter's vocal range. I love type o so very much. They're my 2nd only to cannibal corpse. I grew up with corpsegrinder era cc and saw them live several times and they were a major inspiration for my band back in the daze. Otherwise, type o would surely be number 1. They are just legendary. I hurt for the other members who Peter left behind. I'm sure they had a very heavy 'ok, wth now?' moment after Pete's death. I hope that they are all doing well and are happy.

That was fu*kin incredible! Every part was flawless and those vocals were insane. He wasn't trying to just copy Peter but he captured the soul of the song and of Peter perfectly.
