- This week, I'm sharing a mental health monday in my life as BCBA ☻. I decided not to go to my supervision session on this monday morning and instead did a telehealth call and only supervised from 3-5. I hope you enjoy watching how I overcome a tough morning & try to make myself feel better by doing things I enjoy (my devotionals & going on a walk) ⋒.
