When doing the LAT Pulldowns shouldn't we "set" our Scapula/Shoulder blades first before we begin to pull so that we actually engage and target our LATS? The same way that we set our scapula to engage our lats before we do a PULL-UP.
So if this is a 15-minute workout for maximum time efficiency why are you doing alternating presses instead of doing both arms at the same time ? Unilateral movements take longer
