Hero EV (Eddy மாடல்)book பண்ணிட்டு 3 மாசம் காத்துகிட்டு இருக்கேன். கடந்த ஒரு மாசமா 0 response என்னோட emailக்கு. Online booking தான் இப்போ, ஆனால் cancel செய்தால் refund னு சொன்னாங்க ஆனால், கொஞ்சம் கூட மதிக்காமல் அலட்சியமா இருக்காங்க. என்கிட்ட எல்லா proof இருக்கு Company CEO க்கு tweet போட்டா கூட மதிப்பில்லை. தயவு செய்து கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன் Hero EV க்கு support ஆ வீடியோ போடுறீங்க அதே சமயத்துல அவ்வளோ கஷ்டப்பட வைக்கிறப்போ அதுக்கும் support ஆ குரல் கொடுக்கவும்.
ரொம்ப மோசம் 30 நாளுக்கு மேல போராடுறேன் மதிக்கவே இல்லை. வழக்கு தொடுக்கப்போறேன். ஆனால் உங்க சேனல்க்கு மக்களிடையே நல்ல மதிப்பு இருப்பதால். எல்லாரும் பார்க்கும்படி இந்த செய்தியை கொண்டு சேர்க்கவும். என்னை போல இன்னொரு வாடிக்கையாளர் பாதிக்கப்படாம இருக்க துணை புரியவும். 🙏
நான் இந்த வண்டியை வாங்கி உள்ளேன் எட்டு மாதமாக வைத்துள்ளேன்

சக்கரம் உடைந்து (போர்க்கு) தனியாக வந்து

Yes, I am using this NYX e5, poor quality, had to replace controller circuit and wiring two times. Back break drum broken when driving. The foot rest place is weak, drum break is bad . Every repair has to be paid even for electrical fault . Pls don't buy unless you believe in luck. Many other EV options available with good quality.

எல்லாம் சரி ஆனால் பேட்டரி எவ்வளவு நாள் உழைக்கும், அடுத்து பேட்டரி மாற்றும் போது எவ்வளவு செலவாகும் அதையெல்லாம் கணக்கு பார்த்து குறைந்தபட்சம் 6 வருசத்துக்கு எவ்வளவு செலவாகும்ன்னு பெட்ரோல் வண்டிக்கும் எலக்ட்ரிக் வண்டிக்கும் என்ன வித்தியாசம் ன்னு ஒரு வீடியோ போடுங்க.

ஆமாங்க சும்மா எலக்ட்ரிக் வாங்குங்க 10 பைசாவுக்கு ஒரு கிமீ ன்னு விளம்பரமா இருக்கு.
ஆக்டிவா வண்டியில் கணவன் மனைவி 2 குழந்தை போக முடியும். இந்த வண்டிகள்ல அப்படி போறது கஷ்டம்.
விலையும் முதல்லயே 30, 40 ஆயிரம் அதிகம்.
3 வருசத்துக்கு அப்புறம் பேட்டரி மாற்ற வேண்டும்.
120 km போகும் னு சொல்றது பொய். அதிகபட்சம் 80-90 வரை கிடைக்கும் அவ்வளவே. ரெண்டு வருஷமா யூஸ் பன்றேன்

@@scienceisreligion5618 இதோட வேகமே அதிகபட்சமாக 40-45 தான். அப்படி இருக்கும் போது எந்த வேகத்தில் தான் செல்ல வேண்டும் என்று சொல்லுங்கள். நான் 30 ல தான் போறேன்.அப்படி இருந்தும் மைலேஜ் அவ்வளவே கிடைக்கிறது

load vacha mileage romba drop aagum,i m a nyx user since 1year,now i reached 40000 km,but now with no load its giving only 70 kms for 2battery ,front bearing not good i changed 3times,these are the drawbacks i faced

Sir உங்கள் பதிவு அருமை நான் நல்ல Electric scooter வாங்க வேண்டும் speed 60 or 70 செல்ல வேண்டும் கிலோ மீட்டர் 120 மழைக்கு தாக்கு பிடிக்க வேண்டும் அதிகபட்சம் 6 அ 5 வருட warranty இருக்க வேண்டும் விலை 1.5 அ 1.3 இலட்சம் இருக்க வேண்டும். மேலும் இந்த மழைக்கு Electric scooter எப்படி இருக்கு என்பதையும் பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும்

No. No. No... Arunai bro pls don't do any promotion activities for hero brand. Support and services of service centers are very very worst. Not only in any specific center most of the service centers are like same... Already I have bought two bikes in hero brand one is maxi model another one is nyxx model. Both are having battery problem. Nyx have 3 years battery warenty but problem occurred with in two years. But showroom and company are not responding properly...

Arunai sir. Battery vehicle ku charge poda charging stations ippo illa. If i need to go long travel then i cannot go through EV bike. As there is no charging stations.
Also Chennai la oru rented house la EB 1 unit ku 7 to 8 rs charge panranga house owner. If on daily basis we use 3 unit for EV bike then it will take 65 to 70 units (except weekend) for whole month only for bike charging. That is the reason many people are not ready to buy EV bike.
But in future ke next 5 years if more number of charging stations are installed like petrol pumps then we can buy electric vehicle

What happened
@@spotxyt3694 They were cheated me. My new E bike's controller failed in it's age of 11th month. I gave to them my bike for service. They replaced the new controller according to the one year warranty. But It's again get fault within one and half month. So they said to me that you should purchase and change the controller. They told me the controller price is Rs.3500. I saw the controller which is in my bike . I was shocked because it's a old one. I know very well that is old one. That is one and half month old controller with dust and damage also some soap pieces on there. They said to me that they have changed new one for the failed controller. But they did not change the controller. They serviced the old one and placed in to the bike.
I fought to them. I asked them I won't pay for the controller and you should take the responsibility for this. They did not accepted it. I raised complain to the head office. After that they accepted it.
Also the show room guy said the new controller is three month warranty only. But I asked the head office they said 6 month warranty.
They are fraud . Don't buy form them.
If you want buy electric bike, find the good company and who are give good service in this industries.
But Don't buy Gaura electric bikes.
