எலக்ட்ரிக் வண்டியிலேயே மிகவும் மோசமான வண்டி இந்த வண்டி தான்( hero optima ) ஒரு வருடத்திலேயே வண்டியில் பேட்டரி வீண் ஆகிவிட்டது ஒரு வருடம் ஆகியும் .மாற்றி மாற்றுத் தராமல் அழைய விடுகிறார்கள்.பில்டு குவாலிட்டிமிகவும் மோசமாக உள்ளது யாரும் இந்த கம்பெனி வண்டியை வாங்க வேண்டாம் சர்வீஸ் மிகவும் மோசமாக உள்ளது
கடைசியில்.... ஹீரோ எலக்ட்ரிக் என்ற பெயர் எப்படி வந்தது என்பதை விளக்கும் விதம் அருமையாக இருந்தது...

Nan old model optima use panrae...3 yrs a...built quality very worst...many problems....correct aa 3 year la oru battery gali.... Krishnagiri,hosur la service center illa...top speed romba kammi agiduchu only 40 on full charge for single person...battery koranchu இன்னும் mosam... service waste

In sivakasi i bought hero optima electric
Vehicle material quality very very worst
Battery, body fibre quality, brake system, light,sidestand, now the tyre also need to change ,i ride only 2500km.
Last 4months i didn't ride due to worst Battery backup problem
Overall optima quality is worst than kids bike

3rd class vehicle, assembled internal wiring, material all are with china footpath. I have one year before bought and every month spending Rs.500 to 1000 for repair.

Nan more 2.5 years optima use panre it's very waste of money. Unga vehicle proplem varum bodu service center ponga appo teriyum battery problem varum appo avanga sikram battery warranty la return taramatanga maatanga, very worst service by hero not service center

@mdshafeeqshafi8061 Bro, all are the same model only bro but version differences iruku, some features were also added in the optima cx version, I had a display problem it was not working after two months they replaced the display in 2 days, I agree with you service is not that good. RC book la WhITE OPTIMA CX ER nu thaan iruku

Is 6 months not sufficient for hero engineers to fix the battery issue ..
Now i am doubtful they have the intention to send the battery or not🤐
