What type of mayonnaise was it ?

You've made seriiiously hungry for some good dimsum. Sadly where I am in NJ in the states youcan't good dim sum. You have to go to NY Chinatown or Philadelphia China town and I can rarely get there. :( I'm curious to know why you didn't try soy sauce with any of them.

nah, egg rolls are different. those have much thicker skin that's dipped in egg when fried. Spring rolls are the better ones. Nice video!
