That little turnaround poke where Rolento sticks his pogo out behind him is way too overpowered as anti air. The opponent is coming down with full force from higher ground and that move seems to beat every character. Poor Rog had a well timed jump and got beat by it.
That sequence at 1:32 was SO CLEAN and that kind of shit, we will never see hype stuff like this again in fighters. Just good, clean, honest SF with footsies. No drive rush to auto in, no v trigger to force easy mixups for the touch of two buttons. SF4 was the last "solid" Street Fighter we had.
No they can't, Rolento was always an average character. Roll is unsafe and terrible against most characters, his ex overhead is slow and unsafe, his footsies are average, defense is awful. Only strength the character has is mixups and big damage.
