At the end of the video I have shown how to use Auto ARC and the speakers have not been affected. If you have any doubts about its safety, then do not use it. I mean, it doesn't matter much. I don't feel any change in my hearing. I only chose these speakers because they have so many different inputs. I can use multiple devices at the same time. Auto ARC is optional.
Actually you don't know how it souds watching youtube video. To turn on again, you just need to push volume knob on the front. But anyhow, it's annoying if you don't have option to permanently turn off that option without reassembly and make some welding action. But they are good as third pair of monitors in a studio

I have problem distinguishing the light levels on the EQ, I don't know in which setting I have it set on
Choose by hearing how you like it better. The light is not easy to distinguish, try to change it when the room is darker.
