    You guys never cease to entertain me! I also like how you sometimes re-invent yourselves by changing concepts (Class A living, Class B living, Truckcamper living, back to Class B living, and now, a Moto/Camper hybrid lifestyle…FANTASTIC 👏🏼👍🏼
    I felt like I was in a video game watching the wonderful scenery going by as you met up with Kait! As you know, I’ve watched all your videos, some multiple times lol, and I have to say that this one was uniquely diff from all the others! The editing was very much on point, and YES….a “Riding with Joe” segment, would be very nice to see as you creep up on 60M total views 🤩🤩🥰🖖🏼

    Really liked Joe's motovlog. The sound seemed fine to me and I really enjoyed the more open view of the scenery. Also liked the feeling of being on a motorcycle going down the road, front wind screen and all, but without the danger of course. Looking forward to future installments!

    I love the motovlog Joe. A great new POV to add to the channel. I would for sure watch "A Sunday Ride with Joe". I used to ride a Kawasaki Ninja 500R back in the day here in NYC. That's a toy compared to your 1300. Sport bikes never really got the respect of riders of touring bikes or Harley's, but we didn't care. We had fun!

    • @Weretherussos
      @Weretherussos  ปีที่แล้ว +3

You guys certainly went all out with that food spread! Great Vlog all around. Been waiting awhile to see your motorcycle trips. Last time remembering Kait going solo and you off riding was on the dirt bike. Looking forward to Sunday ride videos if you do those. BMW Motorcycle riders in Europe commonly wear all the protective gear like you do. In the US, more people are using protective gear though. Kait could do solo van travel videos too while waiting for your bike trip return to campsite. Always good to see all the good food that Kait prepares. Also, thanks for continuing to make youtube videos. Instagram pics and reels are nice but tend to not pay much attention to Instagram reels anymore

    If you'd like a nice winding highway that's extremely scenic, try Oregon Hwy 242 between McKenzie Bridge and Sisters; it's seasonal, opens typically mid-June and closes in about October. Some nice side hikes (my favorite is Upper & Lower Proxy Falls loop), and a lot of great switchbacks. The observatory at McKenzie Pass is amazing on a clear day! I drove it in an MG Midget back in the day, which was more exciting since British cars aren't really built for any elevation unless you really like to mess with a carburetor.

      We’ve been down to Wilmington and had a good time there. We won’t be going that far east on this trip but thank you for the suggestion

    Great sound and view with the bike. Thank you for taking back our beautiful Indiana country roads are not beautiful… and KATE , did you look up shipshewana?? If I didn’t comment this on the last video, EVERYTHING is closed on Sunday. And joe, “knee high on the Fourth of July “ .. just like a real farmer. All the best to both of you.

    The motorcycle Go-Pro footage was great. The windscreen extension is slightly distracting, but I know it keeps the bugs off the helmet visor. Looking forward to footage from twisty, windy mountain roads. And Adam beat me to the joke about a noodle life/moto life mashup. :)

      lol. I found the extension distracting when watching the video back...I tried it today without and I got a lot more wind on my helmet so I'm curious to get the gopro on and see what the audio sounds like

    I hear Tail of the Dragon in your future! Sound and video was great. The little add on window was annoying after a while. It had reflections and jiggles. Without it, we would have a clear view of the road just over the main window. Guess you need it for additional wind deflection?

      That little window keeps a lot of wind off my helmet so I'm going to have to test filming without it to see how the extra wind impacts the sound.

    I like the Sunday ride with Joe idea! Maybe you can teach me how to become a better rider myself since I am still a newbie haha. Definitely let us know when you are in North Carolina, we are pretty close to the border ourselves and maybe Deanna could ride with Kait while I ride my bike haha. Camera angle is good. Maybe a 2nd camera facing towards you would be helpful in the future just to mix up the footage a bit and keep folks engaged. I've been watching a lot of moto vloggers lately and many like the insta360 camera because you can get a ton of different angles off just one camera. Thinking of investing in a "purple panda" mic myself to improve my audio. Anyways, great video guys! Hooray spring/summer time! - Shane

      Thanks Shane! I figured I would test out the moto vlogging a bit before I invested in more cameras but if it goes well, I completely agree.
      I'd be happy to teach you a few things on the bike. The biggest ones that will save your life are...look where you want to go, don't get target fixated, learn how to ride with your right index and middle finger covering the front brake at all times and practice panic stops. If yall are able to make it to the campout, let us know - send us an email and we can give you the info.

      @@Weretherussos Awesome sounds like a plan! Hope it works out for yall because I do enjoy content like that. Great advice! That was definitely proven true when I took the MSF course trying to do the figure 8s. If you don't look where you want to go or look outside of the box, you go exactly where you look. Such a weird thing to think about but it is true haha. Will do! As long as its not the end of this month we don't have a ton of plans this year yet haha. - Shane
