Great area. Live in Maryville and raft the Nantahala every weekend. Fun river. And the ride through mountains is always beautiful. Good to see the Elk out.
After seeing this video, we decided to book Roamstead, and boy was it ever a delight. It did not disappoint. We think we may have been 2 spots down from where you two had camped. Having the creek right behind us, access to the bath house/ laundry/coffee, it was an exceptional stay. Thanks again for sharing your experiences!

So good to finally meet both of you. I know everyone enjoyed the rafting trip. Avery was really having a great time. Glad you both came over and had dinner with us and had your first brunswick stew. We RV camped in that area in 2021 and crossed the river at several locations but had no idea the water temperature was in the high 40’s!

Love Little Switzerland. We camped out there last year and really enjoyed it the area.

Nice campground, good location to enjoy the surrounding towns and the mountains. The rafting looked so fun and a way to cool off in the heat…Would love to try that.

We camp in the Smokies twice a year. I have never heard of this place. It is beautiful!!! We will have to check that place out. Great video. You 2 do a great job.

Great vlog! That campsite looks really nice, loved the tour of the cabin. Oh and good thing I had just finished my dinner, otherwise this vlog would have been torture to watch…..Kait, don’t forget tomorrow is National Ice Cream Day, we plan on celebrating that!

A more realistic camping lifestyle video for those of us that are not full time RV'ers. Definitely a safer motorcycle choice for two riders.

Wow, that’s awesome liked the video. We are here in pigeon forge right now took a drive down the smoky trail, we enjoyed it too. We have a class c so I think we are to big to go where you guys are at. But are staying in an RV park. Maybe we can run into you two. 🚍 stay cool, dry and enjoy.

It actually came with the bike. Great seat but I may send it back at some point to get recovered as I don’t like the fact that I slide forward with the current vinyl

As you've noticed, we've gotten out of the weekly upload schedule with the videos and podcast. With the busy show season, it's hard to keep up with the content and all of the traveling required...but we have some great things coming!

Passed ya'lls van on the interstate Kate was driving We went to Gatlinburg for the day. Had to do a double take couldn't believe it was ya'll.

Are there any campgrounds within walking or mountain biking distance of Gatlinburg? I travel in a Class C motorhome and will need to spend some time at Roamstead.
The campground looked really nice. Is it a private run campground? How did the rates for camping seem? Gatlinburg is definitely a “hot mess” and a tourist trap. We got jammed up in the traffic their during our last trip to the Smokey Mountains.
It was one of the nicer campgrounds we’ve visited and the price reflected that. Yes it’s privately run

Yes I did research. I tried a few others and I really enjoy this one. The only one I liked better was an actual steam frother but those are very expensive and not as portable as this.
