Hello Sir. The "Deratting Certificate" has been replaced by "Ship sanitation certificate" since 2007 and is no longer valid under the IHR 2005. Please confirm.
Hi Neel, thank you for your membership. A Minimum Safe Manning Certificate will remain valid for a period of five years. When experimental manning arrangements are submitted for approval, a Minimum Safe Manning Certificate may be issued with a shorter period of validity.
