What is 'The ISM Code (International Safety Management Code)' for Mariners and Seafarers??

- This video explains the ISM Code and its requirements and structure for mariners intending to appear for certification exams and practical application at sea.
ISM code has been existing since before 2002 and may be understood very well by experienced mariners. This video supplements existing knowledge to both experienced and novice mariners.

Wonderful topic indeed ! Thank you , sir ! It is a much required subject to bring awareness to all aspiring cadets prior to joining any sea going vessel , ISM is one of the most crucial subjects to be aware of before one can step on board ship to begin a career in the merchant navy ? It's not only about money and status ? but ! Instead to ensure the safety of life and property of ones own self n others which could help avoid irreparable calamity of our environment 🙏
