I saw your video this afternoon and two hours later I made your recipe and wow for the first time I actually made a real proper biryani chicken rice. Omg my husband said he is surprised that the rice was soft, fluffy and separated and the taste amazing! Thanks for the tutorial and you sincerity and may God bless you and your family.
I know ive commented, after trying this recipe, i said its soo good. After having this numerous times...I had to say it again, its soo soo delicious. My guest who tried it commented its better than any restaurant style biryani they've tried. btw .. i've add additional sugar.. which is yaaa yaaa its bad. but that's wat makes it sooo sooo good. Love this channel To Marinate Chicken i always put in dry spices and rub into meat before curd.I find this gives a better flavour then leave 24 hours in a fridge. The rest i followed to the letter and must say was a mind blowing Biryani This girl sure can cook Best Regards

Greeting from London. I cook chicken biryani a bit differently, no garam masala, I make it with cardamom, chilly, cumin and cinnamon. I put the row rice in the pot, I do put mint, yoghurt as you did. Sometimes it comes out beautiful and sometimes less nice... not sure why. Now I see your version I am looking forward to trying your version, I am sure it tastes amazing. WIll be back. Thanks.
