I know this sold years ago, but one thing about this boat and the stabilizers, you cant use the davit crane to launch to dinghy while the stabilizers deployed. And if there is an emergency it takes a bit of time to get the stabilizers stowed away.
I love these. The 40 is a little pocket ship. Of course, we all want something bigger but this has everything you need to be comfy and reasonably safe in most conditions. At 3,700 hours, that thing has many, many hours left on it. If I was seriously in the market that would be one to look at. Great presentation. I have watched many boats you have presented. I think you are the hardest working guy in the industry and if I am ever seriously in the market I will go through your brokerage.
Those stores are open both top and bottom are referred to as Dutch style doors and that's something that all yachts should have on the bridge not so much for the entry in the lounge unless they opted out of air conditioning on that model
One of the best walkthrough vids Ive seen, not the usual wide angle camera vids you normally see. The footage is more genuine actual real life. 11 out of10👍
Judging from what I've seen inside the boat and there's nothing bad but always old nice little homely touches like the paintings the sculptures that are dotted around the ship the TV with the remotes sitting on the I don't even know what that thing is called and there's a cop sitting next to it means this boat is lived on

These are awesome little ships, a great walk through video one of the best and this little beauty would be a great purchase, absolutely bullet proof.
I had no idea the Nordhavn 40 was that awesome.
2nd only to Bering and Bering doesnt make anything this small.
Very nice and explicite video !!! An example to others !

I felt the camera was pointed down too low.
@@dgeorge852 We did not see the pilot house
Great presentation
It is a beautiful boat, but to say that it have a large aftdeck and a 360 view from the saloon is a joke or???

Beautiful, beautiful. But since there is no price, I think I won't be a sucker.
Where do you see “360 degree view” from the salon?
Will it take a Cat 2 hurricane? Bucket list item.
Thank you.
Wow super nice!
Where is Nordhavn 40 made?
Is it still for sale?
Can this boat cross to Hawaii?
How much is the boat?
Nice vessel how much
According to the Yacht World link, $445,000.
aahhhh......eerrrrrrrr.......aahhhh........eerrrrrr........ahhhhh........eerrrrrr.......thats all i heard! lovely Nordhavn though.
So the guest cabin only sleeps ONE?
And the whole vessel only sleeps THREE?
No thanks.
Easy to convert the guest cabin to bunk beds and in the pilot house there is a berth.
Not uh sure uh what its uh called but uh this guy says uh 121 times in uh about an uh 8 min uh span.....that's roughly uh every uh 4 uh secs
Do not forget "we have" one hell of a lot. He did get one glowing comment from a paid endorser ...

Not that great on revealing the heart of this fine vessel. Go back to used cars.
