"4868 WK" had a left exhaust side pipe and a four lights bonnet. I was at Montlhéry the day of the crash....... However, this Jag is very nice and has a lovely voice!
I'm sorry mate, but these days that jag probably costs about the same as a Ferrari, mclaren, or a Lamborghini, I saw one that costs about 750k dollars (about 690k pounds I think).
I believe I've seen this particular car in person at the Zandvoort Classic. what an epic machine both to look at and to hear, I can only imagine what it's like to drive.
Yeah Baby! Terrorizing the country side with all that glorious noise-I love it and coming from a cool Jaguar too. It doesn't get any better. Jags are and have always been #1 with me. Thanks for a wild&great video.
Which chassis numeber is this one, I find all those racing e-types very unique, how many was there 12 ? And this is not actual Linder Nocker, right ? I want to make a 3D model of this car.
Actually there's only one of these madre by jaguar and a couple more modified by private racers. The ones you'r e talking about are the lightweight models
+Mantas Isganaitis I mean there's only one example of the lowdrag made by jaguar (2 more made by private racers), not 12, because the poyect was dropped out. And 12 original examples of the lightweight model made by jaguar. I thought you were
Oh thanks, I understand you now :) Thanks for the info. I knew that not all of them are lowdrags, but didn't knew that there were actually just only one. Thanks now I know. I think eventually I'll learn so much more about Etypes in future :)
Horrible job on the bodywork. My eyes are burning. The Lindner car was ugly to begin with (the Sayer CUT7 car was the pretty one) and yet this body is an even uglier replica of the Lindner car.
Even Enzo Ferrari said this is the most beautiful car in the world. The sound is so wonderful.
Who's enzo Ferrari
The only comparison I can think of to this sound is that of a Spitfire going full chat. Absolutely incredible!
I'm one of the very few who didn't fall in love with the E type but THIS is another story...
Thanx so much for posting and...
cheers
The best sounding six in the world bar none. A true concert for the ears, magnificent.
There are not enough videos like these !
Sounds just great nice and throaty with a great whaling sound too!
Most beautifull thing I have ever seen. Even just only from the screen of my laptop....

Keep your Ferrari, Lamborghini or McLaren. I'll have one of these, thanks :D
Perfect.
No, I'd take a Nissan Skyline GT-R R32
Noah Stephens Each to their own, but I like cars with character.
You know the gtrs won a total of around 90 rally championships yet are amazing street cars.
Noah Stephens Doesn't really answer my statement. It's a car deigned by engineers - it's too digital - and with regret, dull in my opinion.

This is epic, what a noise!
Petrolheadish it does make the most amazing noise! Video doesn''t do it justice
@@scd the video does it justice. Perfect tune
And the most beautiful car ever made or will ever be made.
The Linder Nocker car is the prettiest of the true Lightweights.
The best engine sound of a classic car ever!
Sure is!
Gorgeous and eargasmic!
I believe I've seen this particular car in person at the Zandvoort Classic. what an epic machine both to look at and to hear, I can only imagine what it's like to drive.
This car is simply stunning
I like the E-Type, I love this.
Disgustingly the best looking car I have ever seen. One day....
My friend raced against him in his DB3. Stunning car, great driving.
What a gorgeous car, nothing beats that noise
2:01 OH MY GOD IM IN LOVE
Was watching this while listening to Every Reborn by Daniel Marianelli. My goosebumps are getting goosebumps
Najpiękniejszy dźwięk na świecie.
That's the original Low-Drag E-Type! Sounds wonderful! But I prefer the Eagle Low-Drag E-Type because it's looking a bit cleaner and more refined! ;-)
Yeah Baby! Terrorizing the country side with all that glorious noise-I love it and coming from a cool Jaguar too. It doesn't get any better. Jags are and have always been #1 with me. Thanks for a wild&great video.
Best sounding car of all time in my opinion.
holy shit... i think im having an eargasm right now this car sounds too good!
Ikr
An absolute unit!
what a glorious sound
Thank you jag !!! I'm proud !!!!
This is fucking EPIC!
What a sound!!!
Must be nice to be filthy rich and be able to own toys like this. Lucky guy!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Baz82-that's a straight six making that beautiful sound- not a V-12.
Think I'll go and hack my silencers off !!!
Straight six and flat six = music
Full marks for tracking down the serial pianist at the early stages. Is he still in that bunker under Hangar 3 or did you let him go eventually?
What the intro song
Also beautiful car and sound
nothing sounds quite like a Jag Inline 6 and the E Type Low Drag is the best of the lot
Sure got that right, boy are cars just a beautiful thing aren't they?
MiniOne82 Mate, the Low Drag has an inline 6.
***** Yeah i know, error i forgot to change
Not a V12, straight 6.
like i said 2 years ago, forgot to change error.
Good god what a sound
Kinda sounds like the Nissan GT-R R35
+Supercharged Import
Hardly
Looks good!
Sweet music
Speaking of what music what's the name of song that was playing in the beginning
+Alfonso Bacon Erik Satie - Gymnopédie No.1 ;)
One day i will have one.........one day😕
Lol I just wrote the same thing on another page.. It doesn't have to be this special one just an etype that I can restore coupe.
Not the Lindner Low Drag, but still cool.
Genialer Sound 👍
This made me change my pants....
then it's time you grew up lad.

This is also a lowdrag model. Sorry, I didn't quite understand your message.

+Mantas Isganaitis and maybe drive one and eventually onw one ;) You're wellcome!
Is it a straight 6 or 12? Lovely sounds
Straight 6
what a nosie
❤️🔥
Why the throttle blips when changing gears ? Totally unnecessary. Never hear it when they race.
Rev matching
@@JakeGreen86 No need, as the revs are dropping anyway.
Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag
So much better than sex
👏👏👏👏👍👍👍🛠🙏🇦🇷🥂🥇
Small rev between gears is just plain wrong ! Beautiful car though
Carchoc it’s what professional drivers do in old gearboxes it’s called double clutch shifting, interesting stuff, you should check it out

love it personally, although not seen that many!
