Enjoying your channel! Why the zip roof and underlayment? Is that common to your region? Extra security?

Thanks! Only the walls are Zip. The roof is just 5/8” plywood with underlayment. We did that on the roof instead of Zip because it’s a little cheaper.

Thanks! The first floor is about 30’x40’ and the second is about 15’x40’, so about 1800 square feet. Plus some living space in the basement.
