Great Video as usual Moussa. Thanks a million for the compliments and the huge advert! I hope it’s one that people will try, especially if they’ve not had bitter before. It looked like a really nice pint, I do hope you enjoyed it. Now to the next! 👍🏻🤓🍻
I just tried my second long neck today, and it's confirmed! Very nice beer! Thanks for the suggestion Neil, I can't wait till it reaches 2 & a half months.
@@quantumhomeimprovements I’m very pleased to hear this Moussa. It’s always a risk to recommend something but I’m glad you’re enjoying it. The low abv makes them very good to have a couple of without feeling a big hit. The funny thing is, the yeast will make a big change to the taste, it’s quite amazing. The next thing I’m looking forward to is you tasting the difference of the 1469 yeast. I think you’ll be amazed to.
@@JB-mm5ff hi JB, I can definitely recommend the 1469 with this British bitter. Moussa will tell you how much I go on about this yeast…it’s a beast! Make sure to leave room for the Krausen because it will escape! The flavour is wonderful and it can also be top harvested while it’s fermenting, although I haven’t tried that yet but I have harvested from the bottom after it had done it’s work. Give it a go you won’t be disappointed.
I personally don't like very bitter beer, but this English Bitter is not too bad. However, adding the extra light dry melt helped sweeten it a bit! 😆 P.S. love your brew videos Mr Stoneyard
It tastes a bit fruity but bitter. If you are interested, here is a link for the taste testing we did last year with five of us. th-cam.com/users/liveOKrip6tkaRU?feature=share

Thanks once again Neil
@@quantumhomeimprovements I’m hoping it will live up to my recommendation 🤓🍻

Clear as crystal explanations thanks. What is the best temperature to keep the beer after bottling for the secondary fermentation ?
A good average temperature is usually around 18° celsius. Have you been making your own? 😆 🤣 😂
Actually a friend of mine has made a grain beer and he has kindly given some to me. Maybe you can make a video of how to make a bitter grain beer!!😊
That is hilarious, yes! Stay duned!!!
Mmmmm Beer! 😅
😆 🤣 😂
Absolutely!😂🤣😂
I really enjoy these brewing videos Moussa. Well done. What would be an equivalent for this type of bitter beer you could buy at the bottlo?
Good question Joe! I will get back to you.
@@quantumhomeimprovements thanks Moussa
Moussa how was the taste?
